The restaurant itself looked good, with new menus, and better POS. Didn't like that the first and best four parking places were for online pick up, and usually empty, instead of for customers who would be there for a little while. Plus, the wait staff acted like we were an inconvenience and were interrupting their evening. 6/20/20 Ordered our food. A few minutes later it showed the order was cleared and a carhop was on the way. Eight minutes later a carhop came out with "most" of our order. Another five minute wait. If you aren't bringing the food out, don't clear the order so your numbers look good. Update: 7/9/21 Came back to give another try. Ordered chocolate shake with no whip cream and strawberry shake. 5 minutes later order was cleared (meaning the carhop was on the way). 16 minutes later carhop arrived. You could tell that they had originally put whip cream on the chocolate shake, then tried to clear it off, but half of it was still there. This is the WORST Sonic in the four corners area. If you want Sonic, just save your money and spend the extra time to go into Farmington. You will never get a correct order here. I ordered my food and instead of spending the time to make sure it's right, they stood there and talked crap about other customers in front of us. Never once was my order read back to me or confirmed. I ordered, they told me my total, then handed me my food after taking my money. Awful sonic! I swear this is the last time. I come here and order a few drinks with the app paying immediately. It takes like 30 minutes to get the drinks. This time I ordered ice cream with the app. I have been waiting 45 minutes. They cleared the order to make it look like they delivered it. After 30 minutes of waiting i called back in to see if they forgot me. They said they were making it now. 15 minutes later i call again. They say "oh our ice cream machine is being cleaned. The costumer service was horrible. The girl was clearly high, sluring on her words, couldn't hear anything either even though I was right there. Her eyes were red. I had asked for the number 11 not knowing it was discontinued and the conversation went like this. "Could I have a number 11" "Just the 3 piece chicken tenders?". "No the basket. The meal with everything you know??" And she told me "Ok" she didn't even tell me it was discontinued at all. When we pulled up to the window she gave us a small bag and it didn't have an entire meal only the drink to that meal and idk how she forgot when she asked for the drink to it. Everything was 41 and we didn't even get our burger or fries and she made us pay for the burger too. She told us the burger was 11 then 9 then 10 then 7. And our drinks lids were put on horribly 2 of them came off and spilt after. Her name was Annalice and she was short and had glasses. All I got to eat was 3 chicken strips my boyfriend only a burger. I'm not sure you could even call this half assed location a Sonic as it doesn't even have crushed ice! Nor does it have chocolate milk, plain white milk, onion rings or pepper packets!! Are you kidding me?!? What the hell kind of restaurant doesn't have pepper?? Anyway, after having to repeat our order several times, it was no surprise the it wasn't accurate. Had to scrape extra toppings off our burger? Fine, not a huge deal. No onions or mustard on our coney? Disappointing, but not the end of the world. Undercooked, translucent tater tots (on two orders) that were ordered well done with cheese that wasn't even melted and only covering half the boat? Kind of a big effing problem! They remade the tots, but after a long wait they still weren't right. The second order still wasn't extra crispy, only cooked more like what they should be, and they had added two to three times the normal amount of cheese you would expect. The Dr. Pepper mixture was also off and way too syrupy. Overall, just tremendously lousy experience and while we were just passing through the area, I would recommend avoiding this location. read more

A pretty good burger. I enjoyed it, the meat was cooked well and the condiments and bun tasted fresh. The fries were pretty tasty too! A solid burger for the price. We did the brown bag special which is two burger combos for $15. I felt like it was reasonable, they let me switch one of the drinks for a shake with no extra charge. The service was great. They were very friendly and nice, and our car hop was super great! They brought us some extra ketchup and were super nice about it even though I forgot to ask originally. Went to the sonic in Bloomfield. They we're completely out of cream, regular red bull slushes, and honey mustard. They still brought me the wrong sauce and somehow managed to make the mozzarella sticks hollow. The service there is usually not top tier, but never to this extent. read more

But at least put one that wants to try and speak English taking orders. And could you change the oil in that fryer?
