Immediately came in to a very welcoming atmosphere, being greeted by numerous employees. The food came out fast and delicious; additionally, they personally brought every food item I requested directly to my table, making numerous trips as each item was ready. They brought condiments to our table, and checked up on us regularly to ensure we were enjoying our time, but they also took our trash and cleaned our table for us. Spoke with Katie over phone to make a to go order; asked if it would be cheaper to add 2 steak fingers or just get 6 piece. She informed me that she couldn't do that and quite frankly had a attitude about it. When I remarked that she was being rude, she then said to hold she would go ahead and give me price difference. When getting to restaurant, I asked if they could accommodate/help since I am disabled. That was a quick no. Also, French fries tasted like they are cooked in old grease. Great Food Awesome management. Even better yet is the homemade gravy where you will NOT find at ANY Dairy Queen. I stop here about 6 times a year and really appreciate there services as such actually bringing your food to your table. I think the owner was here today, he was very nice and appreciative. Worst Dairy Queen I've ever experienced. Parking lot is always littered with trash, but the worst part is how long it takes to get your "fast" food. Waited in drive thru for 3 kids burgers for 10 minutes, then was told to "pull around to the front" where we waited another 15 minutes...finally I went inside and had to go to the counter to ask where the meals were; There were only 5 customers inside so it wasn't busy. The woman that I asked hollered back to the kitchen about my order and the teenagers in the back FINALLY started to pack up my kids meals...at a GLACIAL pace. I waited for another 10 minutes and then was handed my burgers without an apology for the ungodly amount of time taken for 3 cold burgers with soggy fries. Oh...blizzards we're also melty when finally given to us. No wonder they didn't do their dump 'tip-upside' down thing with them. Garbage management. I can't even give it one star. I've lost count of how many times they've messed up my order or given me someone else's order. Today, I arrived at the speaker to order in the drive thru at 8:57am. I observed customers going inside the building and a vehicle at the window of the drive thru. I was greeted with "I'll take your order in just a few minutes, we're not quite open yet." I drove around thinking I would be able to leave, since they weren't open yet and there would be no reason for someone to be at the window since they weren't taking orders yet. I waited behind the vehicle still sitting there until 9:05am, at which time they had him pull around to the front to finish waiting for his order. One time, the girl in the drive thru tossed the bag of ice at me instead of handing it to me. I'm unsure if it is a requirement for staff to know how to give poor customer service before they are hired, or if that is something they will teach you once employed. When I've complained to a manager before, she did apologize and basically said she was doing the best with the staff they hire. I almost felt bad for her. Never even made the order. When I called at 9:30 the rude female answered with "We're closed". Online it says they're open till 10pm but couldn't verify hours because she hung up. They didn't seem phased that I said I've known the owner for years and would contact him nor did the manager on duty Shaunda (sp) A business that condones this kind of behavior from their employees deserves to go under. I've always been a little frustrated with the service at Frankston DQ but take into consideration they hire young, high school kids that are new to the workforce. I've learned to check my order before leaving because 90% of the time it's wrong. Noonday DQ is worth the inconvenience of a little further to drive to have better food and service. They appear to hire young adults but maybe their standards for what they allow their employees to do is a little higher than Frankston DQ. read more

It's hit or miss. Sometimes you will get an employee that's a sweetheart and makes you feel great. Other times you will get an employee that acts like a teenager being told to get off their phone. This is the worst Dairy Queen anywhere and everywhere. The management is no good as well as the employees. Nobody cares if you're happy with your food or service. The management don't have time to talk to you and see what the problem is and don't want to fix the problem. I'm not sure how this place is still open for business. It's not a clean place to eat. When they open the window look inside where your foods being cooked but be fast to look because they hurry and shut the window so you can't see inside. I went to get a medium dipped cone the cone was stell not fresh at all it's old. I called to talk to a super the girl that answered said were busy I can put you on hold but it's going to be a while. So I ask to leave my name and number for a supervisor to call me. She said if they call you back. I said do y'all not have pride in your food. Go to the DQ in Noonday instead. It is much better. Surprisingly, DQ has some of the best tacos but NOT this location. Gave them a second chance and the tacos were still stale with barely any meat as compared to Noonday. The food is good here, much like it is at other Dairy Queen chains. I mostly come here for the Blizzards, especially to try "new" flavors or check out the flavor of the month. My "Blizzard Fix" for the evening, after work & on the way home about once or twice a week. Some nights they are busier than others, & the last few times I've gone thru the drive-thru, it has been full of cars. The food is the same as any DQ which is good. I give it one star for the service, takes 15 to 20 minutes at the drive through for a couple burgers and fries. Every time I've went there I've ended up waiting around the front of the place to get my food. kind of defeats the purpose of a drive through if it takes longer than going inside to eat doesn't it?
