Food is always hot and correct several times I have them to correct the order but they did without any problem nice atmosphere as well for the most time the place is clean only thing I didn't like was the lack of communication from the drive through instead of making people wait they need to instruct drive through customers to drive around and park instead of holding up the line. read more

If you want to get something fast and easy go to this Dairy Queen,This is probably the worst Dairy Queen that I have ever been to. The building is nice it's clean inside, but the food was pre-cooked And microwaved. Had a cheeseburger the hamburger was so hard and browned they probably microwaved it to get the cheese to melt on it because it certainly wasn't fresh. Also the french fries were not fresh they were barely warm. I've been to the Dairy Queen in Eastland many of time, since I'm from Dallas and head out west Texas couple times a year, and it's by far better than a Dairy Queen I've been to. read more

Traveling from San Angelo to TARRANT county. Wanted a burger n fries until we heard how the girl spoke to a gentleman who was traveling with his family as well. Man wanted his order and girl said she had to get all of the customers I Lime's order first. I asked if the food was His on the counter and she said no, it's her food. Visiting a client in Cisco, TX I checked into this Dairy Queen. I must say, the place was squeaky clean for a fast food spot. Ordered some popcorn chicken & a blizzard and both were on par. This is the worst customer service EVER. Why is it considered fast food. Every car that came through the drive-thru was asked to park and food would be brought to you. EVERY car.... 20 minutes later...the other cars that were after us were given their order. the cashier was going back and forth taking the orders while everyone was waiting in the drive-thru. RIDICULOUS!!!!We drove back through the drive-thru to request my money back. My one single burger was STILL not ready..... even after waiting all that time AGAIN... Simply ordered French Fries. Got'em quick, but after left realized they were cold. Ask for salt too, I got 3 things of salt (everyone of them were empty of salt, Can you not feel with your fingers there is nothing in between your fingers when holding them.) I'm not much of a fan of DQ, think they overpriced on Tacos and stuff like that. But this was a simple order of French Fries. Ridiculous! But the young lady that took order was courteous. read more
