A skillet full of white fat strips. It was the worst thing I've ever been served. I was with a group of people in the Tennessee room. Our server was the daughter of the owner. The only thing done about this was that it was removed from our bill. This was our first experience here. I'm still in shock at what they put on that plate and I'm also in shock that it was served. Being with a group of people, I didn't take pics bc I didn't want to hijack the whole gathering. The person in charge of our gathering is friends with these people also.

We were greeted walking in and told to sit where we wanted, so we grabbed a table by a window. Our server came over with menus and made us feel at home. She got our drink orders and returned promptly. She was friendly, kind and professional. We started with some appetizers, their fries pickles, fried mushrooms and the mac and cheese bites. All three were good, The pickles good, the mushrooms and mac n cheese very good. The bites were the best of all three. I went for the fried Chicken with mash and cream gravy, and green beans. The chicken was very good, fried golden brown, tender and juicy inside. A nicely prepared meal. The mash and gravy were also very good. The green beans, old school, like grandma made. This is home style cooking done very well. All in all, a solid choice for a meal. Good food, great service and a fair value. 4.5 Stars rounded up for our great server 01305
