They have plenty of seating, arcade games, pinball, skee ball and nice bar area. Their dining area is so large you can pick a spot away from the arcade games and not be drowned out by noise. The business owners are on site, working along side their staff. The cooks, bartender, and server mingle with the guests to say hi and make sure everyone is satisfied with their food and drinks. The food IS NOT straight from the freezer to the deep fryer. They are serving family recipes and proud of how they prepare the food. After several visits there, I have no complaints about anything I have ordered. From grilled chicken to hamburger steaks, everything has tasted fresh and was well made.

Naturally, I drove a good bit out of my way to investigate this pork steak for myself. It is in fact legendary and you should go here for yourself if you're ever within range of this place. To start, it's in a very small town and the vibes are as down-home as it gets. It's got a solid menu of recognizable bbq options and plenty of seating to accommodate your group. It's clean and the people are as friendly as could be. Service was quick, prices were beyond reasonable. Now on to this pork steak. I, myself do not have a lot of experience with pork steaks so I'll do my best to describe what I had. It looks like a steak. It weights 2lbs. It's on the bone and fork-tender. The fat is rendered perfectly and when you go at this thing with a fork and knife, it basically falls apart into what you'd normally find on a pulled pork sandwich. It was smoked beautifully, it was flavorful and delicious. I'm never going to forget it. I understand why they're famous for it. Just amazing. The au gratin potatoes were excellent as well and I'd definitely order this plate and everything on it again. Long story short this is an out of the way, hole in the wall kind of place in a small town. If you're passing by on the nearest interstate, it's worth it to plan a little excursion to it just to take in the deliciousness that they're providing. 5 stars all around.
