The center adds a wonderful cultural dimension to Boulder. It has a decent mix of events ranging from international movies, dance and drama, music, and a small art gallery. Their current Cultural Caravan program takes performances around the city. John Pizzarelli will be strumming some tunes this summer.

This theater was beautifully designed, especially with its modern exterior- the inside is very clean and also display some fun art pieces. My brother-in-law was starring in the Opera of Giovanni and so I was excited that my family and I were going to be visiting this fairly new performing arts theater. The theater where he performed was quite small. There was a main stage area, and theater seating that housed a little over 100 maximum capacity for the audience. Although small, the theater provided great sound, and because of the theater seating, wherever you sat- you had a great view. Location of restrooms and the amount for each was lacking. Every time I'd think about using the restroom, there was always a line- so I tried to avoid it as much as possible, until I couldn't hold t anymore. Be sure to eat before or at least pack a snack. This theater doesn't offer food and the only alcohol they sell is beer and wine. No full bar. Parking may be a slight challenge as there are not a lot of parking lots in the area.

If you care about art (and if you didn't, you wouldn't be reading this), I can't imagine why you…read morewould entrust it to anyone else. Steve and Rob approach every project with a genuine enthusiasm that makes every encounter a delight, and their combined technical expertise and attention to detail enhance the final product in the most beautiful ways. As a student many, many years ago, I almost dreaded finishing a drawing or painting because I found the process of matting and framing so tedious; now I look forward to spending time with Rob and Steve (and trusty office assistants Rafi and Amigo) because they make the process so much fun. Whether it's a humble poster or a priceless oil painting, your art will get the generous attention and close-reading it deserves, and you'll love it even more than you did before.

They were unable to…read moreget the supplies needed to frame my large piece and rather than discuss assisting me with the others, they merely wished me luck. In a follow up email, I expressed my surprise at their indifference to the many pieces I needed framed; their further response was exceptionally rude and dismissive. For premier framers, I thought they would be enthusiastic about assisting me with my art collection but I was treated as an annoying child. I wonder if I would've been treated with a modicum of respect had I been a man. Will never grace them with my business.

The also have an annex for maker space and events a few doors further west. Today they had a fundraiser and art display in honor and celebration of International Women's Day. When I saw the announcement that the Handweaver's Guild of Boulder would be in the Annex demonstrating the weaving process and set up for patrons of all ages but especially children to try it out, I knew I had to go. In my younger years, I had been a member of this Guild and had done a demonstration with a group of weavers at the Denver Stock Show in 1975. I was hoping to hear what the Guild is doing now and hopefully run into someone from that era that is still active. And indeed I did. It's amazing work they do and the Gallery in the main building displays weaving as well as so many other arts. Paintings, drawings, jewelry, pottery, fabric designs, handmade cards, all sorts of art objects are to be seen and purchased . It's a very nice space and was very well attended on this holiday on a beautiful spring day. But nice stop in to the gallery anytime and look into the programs they run in the Annex. It's easy to find and there is street parking in the area and a bus stop 2 blocks away. And eateries in the area too.

I both work for a company that ends up working many events at this location and I also hosted my own wedding using this venue about two weeks ago. Being in both positions, I have had very positive experiences with the staff here and I think that's really saying something. All of the women who work here have been extremely kind and accommodating to me during me planning my wedding here. They answered all of my questions through email (and I had many since I was planning my own wedding) in timely and thoughtful manner, they were very flexible with vendors (outside of catering), they provided a list of approved catering vendors which led us to our caterer for the event which we loved, etc, etc. I could not be more thankful to the staff here for helping me create such a beautiful event and for helping the evening go seamlessly. A wedding is a kind of thing (in theory) that only happens once and we are super lucky that we chose to work with a vendor that made that once in a lifetime night so special. Thank you again!

If they added 2 more bathrooms would've been great. The place was decorated cute. If you're looking for a small venue to host, come check out this place and see if it's in your budget. I enjoyed my time there and enjoyed people watching through the windows there.
