After dealing with a half melted ice cream cone and being unable to eat a bland, mushy sandwich i tried calling and talking to a manager only to be told I had to bring the product back if I wanted a refund. Well, I'm passing through and I don't feel like turning around to bring you the remnants of a soggy ice cream cone and some spit out chunks of pulled chicken. I'll be taking it up with my bank and I suggest people try a different "local" establishment.
