When I was advised that shakes are soft serve, I asked if they could be made via hand dipping. I was advised there would be an upcharge (as pictured), and that for a large it would be $4.00. obviously, I passed as that is almost double the cost coming in at $9.95, which is more than charged by "premium" ice-cream shops in most locations. An upcharge of a dollar would be reasonable. My wife and kiddo did get small shakes and malts, which they said were ok, but for it being soft serve, it wasn't the greatest value.
