We got the red snapper sandwich (blackened), jumbo gulf shrimp (blackened) and another order or jumbo shrimp ( garlic scampi). Wow. This food was KILLER. Super fresh, a huge portion and done perfectly. Was really impressed! The view was unbelievable! We got to sit on the top deck with a clear view of the ocean while sipping on our daiquiris! I enjoyed the scenery; the waitress was very nice and attentive; we were greeted nicely by hostess, upon arrival; I loved that they have "virgin" options for the kids; happy hour prices were great!; and I actually could tell that liquor was in the slushy drinks. Menu has good selection of food for a place named Daiquiri Deck. It is pricey (but what do u expect for tourist area). They have great deal on happy hour daiquiris (which I def enjoyed). I also tried The Dead Man shot. It has an oyster and ghost pepper tequila. Just shocked oyster came in shot. The view is amazing! If I came back, it would be for the view and a drink. The food was pretty disappointing. I had a Froze', which was really good and not too sweet. For food, we started with snapper nuggets. They had good flavor, but were overcooked and a little tough. My husband got the snapper wrap with French fries. He left quite a bit on his plate. I got the seafood macaroni and cheese. All of the seafood was overcooked. I left huge chunks of lobster-which never happens- and ended up avoiding the seafood because it wasn't good. As we walked down Bridge Street we noticed the Daiquiri Deck over a tee shirt shop. When we entered we told the hostess we were going to just have a couple cocktails and she still let us sit outside in the dining room area overlooking the street. I was surprised at how good the food and service was on a Saturday night, 10:00pm! Eli was our waiter and was extremely helpful. I loved the blackened mahi-mahi sandwich with slaw. One of us enjoyed the Alfredo with chicken. Everything was delicious! We sat on the deck in the corner overlooking the street scene.
