I had really high expectations for this place. Meeting family here and asked to sit on the deck. Party of 7. No can do. Ok we had a table towards the back deck door. Closest we could get. Weather was perfect outside. Not sure why it was a no go. There were plenty of empty tables.... Next two of us ordered frozen drinks $10 each. Honestly the worse flavor and could not even taste the liquor. Off to a bad start. Now the food was up next. Hubby got the big burger and he loved it. Grouper sandwich was good. I got the mahi-mahi bites. They were good but the sauce to dip them in was terrible!! Asked for maybe tartar sauce and they don't have any. What?? Anyway it just was not my cup of tea. Service was good so no complaints on that. Probably would not go back. Too many other places in St Armands Circle. Wish it was a better experience.

Food looked delicious, but really cold.

We come here every year and was so embarrassed to bring our family here today. The food was cold and the service was terrible. Every time we wanted a drink we had to go find the service. Won't be back for a long while. So disappointed and sad!

You must check out the Daiquiri Deck for delicious daiquiri's! There's great views too. You cannot go wrong with the beach experience. I love that this connected to a shop downstairs and at the very top you can enjoy the outdoors with the beach view. Our server was kind and tended to us. We did sit at the bar and I enjoyed that they had TVs with games on. With premade and create your own to choose from, you cannot go wrong with a delicious daiquiri! I do suggest you check this place out because the vibes are awesome!

This would be a GREAT place to be for HH or brunch (especially on a nicer day). The food that came out around me smelled delicious! My breakfast burrito (eggs, cheese, hashbrown, sausage) was good. To be honest, it was good but not GREAT... Eli was great! I believe he was not only behind the bar, but also taking care of a few tables! He was kind and polite, even when I took forever to order. A place to try, especially if you like frozen drinks. You have plenty of options!

If you are looking for an interesting beach experience, this establishment delivers. The drink selection is extensive and it was fun to choose from the preselected mixes of daiquiri concoctions but also even better to get to create your own! There is an elevator or stair access to the second (dining inside and patio, and third floor open room top dining. Tall tables dominate the inside dining room. The patio had regular tables with views of the street below. Service was good, attentive and helpful. The fries are excellent, they have gluten free bread, which was great and their hours were more vacation friendly.

The place is in a perfect area with a great view whether your inside your outside. Food was very good, price was reasonable. The daiquiris aren't worth it unless you are paying an extra $5 for another half a shot. They tasted good, but didn't really taste any alcohol. Our server was only attentive to us at the beginning to try to convince us to buy more and pay extra for things.

Amazing views sunset views of the beach!! It's on the 4th floor and there is an elevator in case you're tired of the stairs. First floor is great and fun beach store. The 2nd floor is the restaurant with inside and outside tables. The daiquiri deck has 2 levels, bar is the 3rd floor open to 4th floor. They have something for everyone and a great happy hour menu too.

Sat outside which was very nice. The daiquiris tasted very good but they melted a little (maybe if you sit inside you would have this problem) service was good and the lobster roll was fantastic

AMAZING!!!! The views, the food, the drinks, the service! All was fantastic. This is my favorite location out of all of them. The hospitality was impeccable. They have a huge gravel parking lot out front that was just about bare on Saturday night around 5pm. Highly recommend the poke bowl and the gator bites

Bloody Mary

I am a Bloody Mary snob and I'd give it a 9/10, good flavor, right amount of vodka and adds on were nice and fresh. We went in for a light lunch salads and drinks and it hit the spot! Service as usual is great and view of beach across the street was nice. Visited this location a couple times.

Food was great. Had a great server by the name of Maria, make sure you ask for her. Ambiance was nice sitting outside and catching the breeze off of the water.

The marina setting is such a vibe, with dockside picnic tables, a tiki bar, and a small indoor space with a bar and a few tables. We were genuinely blown away by the quality of the food. Everything tasted incredibly fresh the menu says "caught and served same day," and it absolutely lives up to that promise. The blackened fish tacos were a standout and some of the best we've had. The Caesar salad dressing is made In house and is absolutely delicious! We added the blackened mahi and it was filling and delicious. I have mastered a homemade recipe and I'm hard to impress when it comes to Caesar . (We ordered it extra saucy) The only thing we didn't love was the grouper spread, but that was more of a personal preference--it leaned more toward a tuna fish style spread rather than the creamier version we were expecting. The service was great too, the waiters are obviously kept super busy in a spot like that but still managed to get the job done with a smile! Overall, this was easily some of the best food we've had in Florida in the 10 years we've been coming here for spring break. We'll definitely be adding this spot to our yearly rotation.

We parked down the block and walked over since we were early for our reservation. I love where they seated us (in the corner away from the bar and other tables). I don't think I'd want to sit anywhere else when we go back! Waiter was immediately on it with explaining specials and checked in with us frequently/filled waters. He recommended a Pinot noir based on what I told him I liked and I really enjoyed it. I also showed him a picture from Yelp of what I wanted for dinner and he told me how it would be a little different. I chose that dish and I wasn't disappointed. We literally scraped our plates clean. This was our first night out alone I a long time and I'm so happy we had such a great ambiance and dinner. Husband was confused with his dish (he thought the pesto was going to have pieces of zucchini and squash) instead it was puréed into the sauce with pieces of spinach. He still enjoyed it and said it felt lighter and healthier (not too oily). He also wished for more bread. Thanks for taking care of us Coasties! We will be back especially for that steak (cooked perfectly)!

I had the linguine with vodka sauce and added blackened chicken. The chicken was extremely dry and I was unable to finish it. The serving size of pasta I also found to be small especially for quite a high price point. The price point of the entire menu I think is also much too high for what you are getting. The edamame gyoza were only 4 in one dish and we also shared the hummus board which was very small for an expensive price. I think they should definitely be re-evaluating how their menu is priced for their portions and the meals themselves.
