Katie knows exactly what she is doing; she is a perfectionist and extremely knowledgeable in her profession. I've been having my eyebrows done ever since I can remember (being born with a unibrow will have you tweezing in the 2nd grade), she is the first person to look at me and tell me EXACTLY what I need. I appreciated that so much because we only know what we know and she is the expert. Everyone else I had gone to previously would clean them and do what I asked, which is ideally what should happen. But Katie...she looked at me and told me "your eyebrows should start here," proceeding to map my brows out to perfection. She told me what no other esthetician would and I'm eternally grateful for it because I feel so beautiful.

I personally love this place for eyebrows, second year coming here but honestly would not recommend for lashes. It felt like a rush job. Felt chemicals in my eyes and I already know the placement was odd considering i've had my lashes done a few times by real professionals and this felt nothing like it.
