I stopped by yesterday, filled up the tank and while I passed up using the car wash this time, it's nice that the car wash is conveniently available and priced reasonably. It then kept asking if I wanted a car wash. I clicked cancel and it canceled the whole transaction and took a few minutes to restart. I was so annoyed, but also needed gas so I eventually kept clicking around until it worked. The actual gas station was empty in the middle of the day and gas prices were on par with everywhere else. Just was an odd experience. I don't ever go to Circle K., and I definitely prefer stopping at Gate.

Apparently these are Bronx, New York bagels which I wasn't aware of but I wondered why they were soft and chewy. Not quite like the ones I had from up north but gosh pretty darn tasty. You can get free water: take a yellow cup and one of the sodas (fruit punch, I believe) has a water button next to it: run it for a bit to clean out the soda before getting your water. The napkins are rather hidden, on the side of the island next to the one that has the plasticware. The setting is just a few white formica tables, in the middle of the store, so below average but an acceptable place to eat. The bathroom was decent. We got a salad with chicken salad on top ($8) and a soft-serve ice cream cup with chocolate sauce ($2.17). The salad was decent, though my wife didn't like it. The ice cream was decent; my wife really liked it, but it wasn't up to Dreamette or Culver's quality. It was $10.93 for our two items. They have various prepared takeout items, and I'd like to try their croissant sandwiches sometime. I probably won't be back other than for that, or maybe an occasional ice cream treat.

They have one of the best hazelnut latte around and you can customize with anything. Always love seeing the same faces with a smile ready to serve you.
