Omg!!! My pup and I love this place. He has only been a couple times but is so tired by the time I pick him he falls right asleep on the way home. All the staff is incredible and you can tell that they truly love and care about the well being of your pet. We are currently on the waitlist for the unlimited doggie day care and I can't wait until we get in full time. Daily wag is awesome!!!! read more

Our dogs have had a great time and are well cared for at Daily Wag. Our Luna had a recurring hot spot that happened with them. They took extra care to let us know, clean it well, and watch her. They also gave a shirt to our nervous dog without us asking. They are very friendly and helpful with the people too! Highly recommended. read more

The dog has a great time and the staff is excellent. Opening at 6:30 is perfect for the work schedule.

While traveling with our 9 month old puppy we wanted to go to a Broncos game. The daily wag was a perfect solution for us! When we walked in they knew her name from our phone call and enthusiastically welcomed her! They took extra care and rubbed her paws with healing balm and gave her a special treat at nap time. She made lots of puppy friends! We had such a great experience! read more

Needed a place for my dog Theodore over the thanksgiving holiday. Stephanie and co. took great care of him and seemed very attentive and kind! We will be returning for daycare and boarding when needed in the future! read more

I will absolutely never take my dog here to get groomed again. As a first time customer walking in I was shocked at the experience that I had. Having my dog whisked behind a door and then told nothing until 15 minutes later when my dog came back wet... I was told 'that'll be $25.' "Oh and by the way I clipped one of her back nails so I wouldn't recommend letting her play later." Really? The whole purpose of getting a bath and the clip was to do just that. Only one employee working and who knows how many countless barking dogs that you listen to while sitting alone in the lobby. A lobby that screams we don't invest any of our profits back into our building. This was stressful for me and I can only imagine what it felt like for my pup. If you read your reviews I would like a refund for something I could have done myself. read more

Found this place while needing to drop our dogs off for a few hours while traveling through Denver for an afternoon. They were more than accommodating and so wonderful to talk with. They asked for all the paperwork for the dogs. Took photos and videos and updated us. I know where I will go when I visit Denver again with our Shibas! read more

Wow! What great customer service. We called on a Sunday because we wanted to do a quick activity in Denver while passing through on our way home to Utah. They were so accommodating and said to bring our puppy right in. Stephanie was so terrific! She went above and beyond and was willing to work with our hurried schedule. She showed us photos and videos of our puppy when we got back. We definitely recommend and will stop by again if we get back to the area. Thank you Stephanie and team at Daily Wag. read more

My dog had the get her tooth pulled because she mysteriously had her canine snapped in half during a visit here. If I could give 0 stars I would. They called me and said that my dog "lost a tooth that came clean out" and that they didn't know why. They said maybe from biting on the kennel. Keep in mind my dog never bites on kennels and how much it would take for a dog's tooth to come out. They also said that it was one of her back teeth. When I picked up I was shocked. Hey tooth didn't come "clean out" it was SNAPPED IN HALF. It was also her CANINE. A major tooth. They could provide no explanation for why my dog's tooth was SNAPPED IN HALF. She is a healthy 3 yo dog. They charged me my full price for the week and even had the nerve to ask me to leave a review. Well here's my review. I had to take my dog to the vet who said that it would take FORCE for her tooth to be broken like that. I called the owner, Troy who apologized and refunded us for her stay (which I appreciated) and offered to pay for half of her dental fees (should have been ALL of her dental fees). Fast forward after a month of her being in discomfort with the root exposed of her broken tooth and it's time for her procedure. Troy paid for half of her extraction which I appreciated . But he also agreed to pay for half of her consultation visit and I later found out that his payment method was returned and it was shown as a balance on our account with the vet. I'm very disappointed with the hassle to get half of the visit paid for so I've decided to just share my experience. My dog has been crying and barely eating for the past 2 days . This could have all been avoided and my dog's discomfort has been avoided. I will obviously not be returning to this facility. read more

We have been taking our dog to Daily Wag for over 5 years and definitely recommend them! The staff is friendly and does a great job with baths, keeping up with his stuff, and giving updates. read more

I have been taking my pup here for a few weeks but haven't spent much of my time watching them on the cameras they provide, which are broken half the time anyways. My little dude has some pretty bad trust issues when it comes to humans, especially men. They know he has trouble trusting people and they always assure me that they know how to handle it. Today I watched them put him into the crate for the '2 hour' nap time, which always ends up being 3 hours. The asshole manhandled my dog like he was setting up a pig for slaughter. The guy was yelling and screaming the other dogs and then he grabbed my 12lb dog, who is recently out of a cast for a subluxed fibula and broken tibia, by the feet. He was so scared he shit himself. Then they threw him in the crate covered in poop. Awful. After seeing this go down on the cameras, I immediately left work to pick him up and take him home to wash off. This place is so close to my work and would have been very convenient otherwise. I'm sure things would have gone down differently if my dog was not so scared of men, but they assured me they knew how to handle anxious dogs and instead had ZERO patience.. didn't try baiting him with treats, didn't try picking him up in a towel like they do at the vet... NOTHING. The asshole just strung him up by his feet. I am so disappointed and would NOT recommend you bring your dog here if you don't want him/her to get yelled at or tossed around. read more

Troy and his staff are always so hospitable to our Indi and everytime we drop her off she runs in with her tail wagging. The location right off I25 is ideal for our commute to the mountains or airport. Their hours are convenient and always seems to fit our schedule. The free dog wash with an extended stay is GREAT because we come home to a clean dog. Indi has a complex diet and the staff always make sure she stays on schedule and feels her best while away from home. The webcam is fantastic when we're away and want to check in. Make sure to call and make reservations, holidays fill up fast! read more

After calling for 2 consecutive days inquiring about boarding my 2 dogs overnight, not once did they mention my 10 yr old dog could not be boarded because he is not fixed. Shouldn't that be one of the first questions asked??? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Especially after calling about 5 times to make sure I had all the proper documentation for them???? WOW. No. My dogs will just go with me. If this place can't communicate a simple thing like dogs being fixed? What would happen if my dogs stayed there??? Probably BAD THINGS. read more

So far so good! I went in today so that my babies could have a play date with the other doggies and it went well! The cutie, sporty front desk girl was super friendly and was VERY helpful! I will be dropping them off tomorrow for a 4 day stay. I hope it all goes well read more

See all

We had the best experience there for our dog Jackson. He he a barking problem and the staff was very kind and accommodating of it. The owner is often there and always available to chat. Their monthly unlimited deal is amazing! Jackson always had a great time at daycare, and the one instance that we boarded. The only reason he no longer attends is that we moved. We greatly appreciate the team taking care of our somewhat wary little (big) guy. read more

Troy( the owner) is the best. We have been taking our go, Annie Mae, there for 7 years. The first time I ever saw Annie Mae lick someone's face besides my own, was at Daily Wag. My dog is there five to six times per year whi,e we travel and they take good care of her. They don't even mind my phone calls to them while I'm out of town just to check on her. I ha e recommended Daily Wag many times and will continue to do so. read more

My pup has been going here for three years and is a part of the daily wag cub. This is the only place I will ever go. Even after moving 25 minutes away I still bring her here because the staff is amazing! Their communication is always timely and efficient. They genuinely care about my dog and how her day goes. They also keep everything very clean and on "schedule." They have multiple fun "events" such as the annual Halloween costume contest and summer pool days! I couldn't ask for a better daycare! They are simply phenomenal! read more

Don't believe anything that daily wag says about their place. They say they Keep small dog separate from big dogs but they don't. My small dog was in with the big dogs the whole weekend she was there. My dog came home injured !! I'm so upset. Her foot is swollen and bruised. Please do not take your dog here. I'm sure there are other places to go. Stay away !!!!! read more

how about a negative rating. This place should be shut down. They assured my dog would be in good hands all weekend. I was able to watch my dog on the webcam app and I saw that the big and small dogs were NEVER separated and all of the dogs were together at alll times regardless of size, which I was told would never be. I dropped my dog off with a toenail injury and gave them specific instructions to watch her. They assured me they would do that. I also watched the dogs on the webcam all day and they received no actual attention or care. The day I pick her up she comes home with ANOTHER injury on the same leg. She was left with a huge and swollen cut on her ankle and nobody ever called me from their work to tell me that. DO not trust them or take your animal here. read more

This is where we board our pup when we absolutely have to leave home. They take great care of Molly and gladly put up with my detailed feeding instructions and phone calls. Every dog has their own kennel (more like a suite) and blanket but we always bring a towel and a Kong for her to have while in the kennel. Also, they don't charge extra for day care when you board - - something that other places do. If you board for 5+ days, they even give your pooch a bath on the last day which is always nice. read more

They keep the mop buckets out and I saw my dog put her head in it. They also keep the dogs in way longer for "nap time" then stated on the website. When I bring it up they said it was a "key mishap" pretty expensive for kennel time read more

We have a Rottie and a Lab, and they've stayed at the Daily Wag four or five times now. This place is awesome. They have a play area outside, and the dogs each have their own crates/kennels for naps. There's also a doggie cam so you can watch your pets play. The staff rocks, and they even gave our Rottie a bath once. (If you knew our dog, you'd be impressed too.) read more

My dog goes here everyday now (woohoo Club DW!) and she loves them! It's not the fanciest doggy daycare in Denver, but those places come with a ridiculous price tag. DW is run by awesome people that I know really love my dog. And when you board your dog for 11 days you care more about if the people working there love your child rather than how fancy it is. read more

We just used them for the 1st time for our two labs and they were great! Super easy to work with and understanding when we missed our flight. We would definitely recommend them! read more

The Daily Wag has been a fantastic thing for our young boxer, Luca. He is full of energy and after spending a day here, we can't peel him off the couch! Troy and his staff always remember him by name and make the experience so comfortable. Their rates are affordable and who doesn't love watching their dog on a webcam?! I highly recommend The Daily Wag for all your pup-watching needs :) read more

The staff at Daily Wag are exceptional. They know our dog well, take care to follow any special instructions, and our dog is genuinely excited to spend vacations here. The facility is well-kept, and staff seem to really enjoy working with dogs. read more

Had a crappy experience here that put a hitch in our vacation plans. We called here about boarding our dogs and explained one of them can be aggressive and anxious and does not play well with other dogs. We were ASSURED this was not a problem over the phone and told worst case he would be crated and walked a few times a day. They asked that we still come in for an evaluation for our other dog and also to see if our anxious dog might do OK in a group setting. No big deal we thought. We drop them off today and explained AGAIN our exact needs in reference to our anxious dog. They say "No problem! We deal with this all the time!" We go home, even watch them on the web cams Wag provides, and things seemed to be OK. We came to pick them up after a few hours and were told that our anxious dog became aggressive after he was mounted by a couple other dogs (well big surprise, we told them he would likely need to be crated). Then they told us they don't like to crate dogs and would recommend that we take them to Bark, a different facility close by. We wasted our time with this place and now we're scrambling to find boarding because we were misled. We've boarded our dogs in other cities without issue and if Wag doesn't do traditional boarding then say so. Not all dogs that need boarding can do day care so if you don't have that option let people know up front. We wouldn't have wasted the week thinking we had our boarding covered. read more

Daily Wag is by far the best doggie daycare and boarding facility in Denver! If you're not located near the daycare, it is well worth the extra drive. The entire staff is dog friendly which is hard to find these days. They go above and beyond with their treatment towards the dogs to make sure they have a great experience. My 2 dogs cannot wait to run through the door and play with all the dogs. The doggie cams allow me to check-in on the dogs when I'm thousands of miles away, which is a nice reassurance. The free bath after 5 days of boarding is a pleasant little perk to come home to. From one dog owner to another, bring your dog to Daily Wag...you won't regret it :) read more

We really wanted to like Daily Wag, as it's convenient to where we live, Troy (the owner) seems like a very nice guy and we appreciated their interview process. However, after picking our pups from a weekend of boarding, one of them wasn't eating and spent the entire evening throwing up. Sometimes, she'll skip a meal when she feels extremely uncomfortable or stressed out, but we've boarded her other places before with no issue. We reached out to the Daily Wag team to see if they had noticed any weird behaviors while our pups were there and never got a response or answer. We won't be going back. read more

Daily Wag is amazing, they're the best in-town! Their exclusive Club membership has a wait-list, but it's totally worth it. I love that I can drop off my pup everyday and not have to worry about her, I can even tune in to monitor from their webcam service. Picking her up everyday after work, she couldn't be happier to be there. The staff is wonderful too. Can't put a price on peace-of-mind :) read more

This place sucks. It's dirty, it smells like pee, and these outdoor areas that people talk about is nothing more than a large concrete pad with a Fisher Price kid's slide. With the location being right next to the highway, it is SO NOISY when you pull up, so I can't imagine being a dog and listening to that all day. I went there once to see if my dog would like it (we're very experienced with doggie daycares as I used to run one), and I guess we showed up at 'nap time', somthing the owner explained to me that is highly enforced and a time when they usually don't open the doors for anyone. When I said I didn't realize about the nap time, he said "it's all over the website and we don't make exceptions to this" - way to make a possible new client feel very uncomfortable! And I don't think that's very safe - to not have anyone in the front office in case someone comes by to get their dog in an emergency? Not to mention that for a 'nap time', it sounded like every dog in the place was barking and freaking out; anyone who thinks a dog can actually be resting in that chaotic noise is kidding themselves - maybe they should be getting all of the energy out by actually being outside and playing! We now go to City Bark - they're right down the street, there are outdoor areas with a pool, a mountain for the dogs to run over and through, and actual dirt so their pads don't get scraped up. One of the reviews below says that they "even washed my dog" - to me, it's expected that if my dog gets a little dirty that they be rinsed off for me. Every doggie daycare I've been to does that. That doesn't make this place 'awesome' by any stretch of the imagination! On another note, I go to the vet that Daily Wag takes their emergencies to and I was in there one day when a girl was leaving with her dog that got into a fight at Daily Wag; they had not called her until hours after the incident happened. If I could give this place negative stars, that would be my choice! read more

Troy was great and assured me they would do a great job with Riley's grooming. He looked great and was happy when picked later in the afternoon. Will definitely visit Daily Wag next time Riley needs a tune up. As "Riley Mo" says on Facebook, "3 woofs!!!" read more

I've been taking my Jack Russell, Razor, to Daily Wag for a good 6-7 years. They really are a wonderful organization. Recently, I had to travel to Europe for a couple of weeks.
