No matter how careful I am, this bedroom rug gets soiled and I had little hope for it to be restored to its original beauty but Albrite worked magic on it. They moved to Methuen…read more My wife and I and my three kids bought a new house. The carpet in my daughter's room had a bad chemical smell (see review on Szekley Construction). I ended up tearing it out and throwing the carpet and pad away. I painted the floor with Kiltz Max. Then spoke to Lenni at Arlington Floor Covering. I went to the store and told him my situation. He said he would bring out some samples to my house. He was at my house a few hours later with an arm full of samples. We picked a close match to the original carpet. He was very attentive and kept in contact until the carpet was installed. The new carpet installation was good, the usual dings and scratches when they moved the carpet in. They had to glue two sections together but overall the carpet looks and feel great and the smell is gone. The price was fair too.

By word of mouth, Pelletier Rug Co was suggested in numerous inquiries. Jerri was a gem to work with. From the in-store consult to the time she took to see the place and measure and, finally, the scheduling and ordering of the work. It was a pleasure working with her. As you can see it is stunningly beautiful. We chose vinyl planks for the main floor and basement and updated carpets on the main bedroom floor. Sorry, no pictures of that, but I promise it is very nice. Even the "seam" is not noticeable in the primary bedroom. I highly recommend this team!!

Purchased hardwood flooring from them, didn't look like the store sample when installed and the finish was very different. I was told flooring was very durable, so since it looked different than store sample, I poured red wine on a scrap piece. The red wine stained, and Drew kept telling me it was the same flooring and he was sure I would be happy with it even though I proved that was not true with the red wine. I felt like he was selling me a bag of crap and telling me it was chocolate. Their crew left my house in a shambles during demolition phase. We literally could not walk in our kitchen because of debris stacked a few inches high. I was told they assumed we weren't going to live in our house while they were there.
