Hi, I asked for a print preview. The coloured print had…read morelines going through the paper. They use laser, which is known for poor colour print, no ink printers used. I alerted the male staff member about it. Then the older male owner (nearing retirement), yelled at me to "Hurry up" as I was showing him the problem. I took a look at the printing area in the back and it looks like a disaster, not at all organized. They want you to send them a file to look at, so they don't have to deal with their customers. I will never go back there alone!

Recently ordered business cards to be printed, and the order said they would be done in 1-3…read morebusiness days, but when I went to check on the order in store after 3 business days I was told they would take 6-11 business days. They then refused to give a refund or to cancel the order and both the online and in store customer service had no idea what was going on with the other or with my order. I would recommend the local U of M copy and print centre over this staples, because I went in on the same day after finding out my cards would be late and they made my cards to order for a fraction of the price, and they were much higher quality.
