Recently ordered business cards to be printed, and the order said they would be done in 1-3 business days, but when I went to check on the order in store after 3 business days I was told they would take 6-11 business days. They then refused to give a refund or to cancel the order and both the online and in store customer service had no idea what was going on with the other or with my order. I would recommend the local U of M copy and print centre over this staples, because I went in on the same day after finding out my cards would be late and they made my cards to order for a fraction of the price, and they were much higher quality. read more

Recently went to this Staples to use the Copy Centre and was greeted by the most handsome and nicest guy I forget his name I think it started with a C. He was really helpful and knowledgeable about everything Copy and I would truly recommend using Staples Copy Services. read more
