This might seem like something of a revelation but a retarded monkey could be taught to put ink on T-shirts. It requires no special skills or talent. My point being that having such arcane knowledge about something so frivolous does not entitle anyone to have such a poor attitude. To have a customer service representative so completely blow-off a customer and the resulting sale boggles my mind. Not only was he a poor representation of the company he has had the knock on effect of giving me an anecdote to tell everyone I know about what a badly run organization I dealt with and believe me I'll tell everyone I know what happened to me. When I did a web search for this kind of service in this city I found more than twenty companies who do this kind of work. I have plenty to choose from and I'm reasonable confident they'll be happy to provide the service I require without belittling my lack of knowledge about the t-shirt industry.

I have used this location (Corydon Ave.) repeatedly over the last few years, and always found the service to be exceptional. I have had small custom jobs done, and even though they were sometimes last minute, found the service to be patient and helpful. I will continue to keep using this shop.
