Hi, I asked for a print preview. The coloured print had…read morelines going through the paper. They use laser, which is known for poor colour print, no ink printers used. I alerted the male staff member about it. Then the older male owner (nearing retirement), yelled at me to "Hurry up" as I was showing him the problem. I took a look at the printing area in the back and it looks like a disaster, not at all organized. They want you to send them a file to look at, so they don't have to deal with their customers. I was at the Instant Imprints at 305 Madison on March 22, 2016. The customer service representative…read morethere talked to me like I am stupid and was just generally rude and condescending to me. This might seem like something of a revelation but a retarded monkey could be taught to put ink on T-shirts. It requires no special skills or talent. My point being that having such arcane knowledge about something so frivolous does not entitle anyone to have such a poor attitude. To have a customer service representative so completely blow-off a customer and the resulting sale boggles my mind. Not only was he a poor representation of the company he has had the knock on effect of giving me an anecdote to tell everyone I know about what a badly run organization I dealt with and believe me I'll tell everyone I know what happened to me. When I did a web search for this kind of service in this city I found more than twenty companies who do this kind of work. I have plenty to choose from and I'm reasonable confident they'll be happy to provide the service I require without belittling my lack of knowledge about the t-shirt industry.

The owner, Rich, takes the time to get to know his clients. He's friendly, courteous, and able to make suggestions so that you get the perfect t-shirt, hoodie, etc. And if he says it will be done on a certain date, it WILL be done by that date. The printing is done well and wears well even after many washings. There's a great selection of styles and colours. We've had many compliments on our t-shirts, and every time we mention A Brick Shirt House. We wouldn't go anywhere else! Fred & Kate C. F. Casey Guitars
