Only to go into the discussion to be handed a termination letter. When seeking answers on why, was never provided a sufficient answer. Management has no backbone or leadership skills. If you don't kiss butt, I do not recommend working there. Fortunately for me management couldn't justify the termination and I was awarded employment insurance. The best thing to come from this were the friends I made from working there. Otherwise if you would like to work in a fast paced, low pay and big net of responsibilities environment then maybe this is the job opportunity for you.
