Whatever was used on the carpets made my feet on fire! I scrubed them , lotion them with no relief. The chemicals literally burned my feet!. I had to apply persription medicine on them to get the burning raw feeling to stop so I could sleep. TODAY....Semper FI's crew showed up on time, read the labels on the back of the carpets to determine how they should be cleaned, measured the carpets, explained how each carpet should be cleaned and then presented their quote. The process put me at ease knowing I had professionals about to clean my carpets. The carpets look amazing feel like they should and will be dry in less than an hour and very soft to walk on. I called the owner the minute they walked out to thank him for saving our carpets and me! I am unable to give them more than 5 stars so I will be their walking advertising and will spread my praise of their company to all on the social media sites I am on!!!

We were in direct contact with supervisors who kept us apprised of their plan each day and what the next steps were. A couple of weeks after the installation was complete, we had some questions about one of the seams. They sent out a supervisor and the installation crew to be ready if repairs were needed. Their installers are experienced pros and we feel like we got a great value for the price. We are completely thrilled with our carpets, too. Quality carpet makes such a difference. I will just state the facts and you can decide. I have about 5 feet of slate tile, 170 feet of…read moreclick flooring and about 400 and change of slate grout. All due to a slab leak that, thankfully, was very small. The first estimate for all three was $5500 which was just one number, and seemed to be pulled out of his posterior. I asked for a breakdown of the three jobs and he was resistant, telling me the combo was a "good deal". When I got the breakdown it was $7175 (I don't think it cost him $1675 for the breakdown). And he estimated $500 a foot for the slate (!) (materials supplied) and it's because he had to "level to area". I've laid tons of flooring and that's typical with any installation. For 170 feet of click flooring (my materials) he estimated $3400, or $20 a foot. Next closest estimate was $550. Steam cleaning the grout was $1275 which I thought was competitive. Overall, considering the time estimate was two days, it's about $3500 per day. Since I'm not having any of the work done by him, I can't speak to the quality. I've noticed that many trades just throw out a price, seemingly "at random". But beware, and request a breakdown. Then calculate the per day cost. If you're not comfortable with that, get more quot
