I specifically needed to see my primary care doctor because my current blood pressure medication was making me extremely ill, forcing me to stop taking it. Despite the urgency, the scheduler tried to book me for a day the doctor isn't even at this location. When I corrected him, he became hostile and told me "not to question him." He then promised me an appointment for Friday, December 26, 2025. Feeling uneasy, I called back and spoke to a different representative who informed me that the first person never actually scheduled me for the 26th. Instead, he had booked me for January 6, 2026--over a week later--without telling me. Had I not called back, I would have shown up on the day after Christmas to a doctor who wasn't there for an appointment that didn't exist. This staff plays games with people's lives. They are dishonest, disorganized, and clearly do not care about the medical well-being of their patients. I have already contacted my insurance to switch providers. Fast forward to this week, I call to confirm my appointment and I'm told they don't have one for me until May, another 5 weeks without medication. When I asked how this could have happened, the person I was talking with said they don't know, and there's nothing that could be done. I hope their calls are recorded so management can pull the call and hear it for themselves.
