He still had his puppy scruff. They obviously didn't know how to do the cut. I will let the pictures speak. They refused to refund our money and said they would correct it on Monday after consulting other groomers on staff. Don't worry we will not be back and I'm leaving a review every where I can. DO NOT TAKE YOU PETS TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They also tried to tell us that our dog was not a pure breed standard schnauzer but possibly a terrier mix. Find another place or do it yourself.

The assistant store supervisor attempted to gaslight me, saying that a bichon haircut will require the dog ears to be pointed, and because my dog ears aren't pointed this is why the cut appears the way it looks in the picture to the left. My dog has been getting the same haircut for his whole eight years of life and so that was the poorest excuse I've ever heard. My complaint is poor customer service, lack of accountability, and a lack of skill set in grooming service. Pictures are both him, what I asked for versus what I got. My dog goes to the Groomer every six weeks and so he practically already had the cut, but just needed a trim she cut entirely way too much off around his head.

They answered all my questions on the phone and gave me an appointment time sooner than I thought I could get. I took their advice and arrived early. They were able to take my baby quickly while I waited in the parking lot (my choice). They started while I was still chatting with them to see how she'd do and while she was afraid, they took such good and gentle care of her. They did exactly what I had hoped as far as leaving her shaggy while paying attention to the important grooming areas. I can now tell she has eyes! And a week later, she still looks blown out. I sincerely couldn't recommend them more. If you are looking for a chill groomer who actually cares for your pet while doing a great job, this seems to be the place.

I knew my poodle needed some help with as much puppy hair as he has and it's been several months since a cut. I will say the lady Akita was a pleasure to speak with. She should answer everyone's phone for customer service. She was patient with my baby. Because I know he is a lot of work. (He hates being groomed, he just wants to cuddle.) I will return but with a picture this time. He looks like a baby lamb now. Lol Great job on the second impression! Because I was extremely nervous.

I like the in store pick up for online orders, but I wish they had a pick up location somewhere. Often times the only people up front are the cashiers and I either have to wait in line or wait for an associate to come. The sales are decent and most Saturday's they have pet adoption so you can check out the furry friends. They do dog training here and grooming. I've only groomed my dog a couple of times. I don't like that I can't see the wash/bath and the blow dry. If you're going to have glass windows to show the grooming, why not make the whole place visible? It's a little suspect. Customer service is decent, the manager is nice, the forklift driver who works early mornings is also very nice. Huge store with lots of different items in stock!

He looked traumatized, and I was furious. It's like they have no clue how to handle pets professionally. The staff was rude and dismissive, and clearly didn't care about customer service at all. When I tried to get answers, they acted like I was bothering them. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. The grooming area and store itself were dirty and disorganized. It didn't feel safe or clean enough for animals, let alone people. Honestly, I wouldn't trust them with a stuffed animal, let alone a living pet. It's clear there's no real work ethic here--just people rushing through the day without regard for quality or care. The way they handle the animals is rough and careless. My dog was shaking when I picked him up. NEVER AGAIN. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I would also like to mention that the manager of the establishment was very nice and definitely did see imperfections between our dogs. She stated that the tale was unevenly shaved, un proportioned, and there was places that hair still could've been kept to be honest. It looks like Stevie Wonder could've shaved my dog and probably did a better job if you are considering this establishment do not go you would literally be neglecting your dog
