I have (had) been a long-term customer of Fayetteville Veterinary. Recently, they told me several…read moretimes that my dog's care plan was complete and suggested I enroll her in the next plan. The plans are meant to save you some money on medications, routine checkups and some major procedures. After joining the new plan, I noticed an additional charge for the previous plan. When I called them, they advised I was told incorrectly and still had one payment left on the prior plan. There was no attempt to take responsibility or make it right. A $59 charge lost them the new plan, future boarding, and a long-term customer. This completely changed my experience with this vet, and I advised them I wanted to cancel the new plan since I was still being charged for the old one. They charged me an additional $300 to cancel the new plan I had been on for two days. This vet is only about money. Whatever you do, don't fall for the monthly payment plans they offer. The "savings" are not worth it (and really don't save you at all since you still pay for medications) and they will do everything they can to squeeze as much out of you as possible.

Each time we have to contact each vendor with updated cc information. This past month (July) we had to change our cc information and failed to update with our vet. I had hip replacement and then got covid two weeks after surgery. Fayette Veterinary Medical Center texted me twice. No phone call, no letter, no one contacted my husband. We received a letter informing us we would be turned over for collection if we did not correct this account. We have used this vet for many years and have referred them many times. The up front staff is always friendly and helpful and so are the vets. I was all to surprised to get this rude letter from the client services supervisor.

Every time we arrive, they are super excited to be at camp Mimi's! I find them to be well organized, fairly priced, and definitely passionate about what they do. They offer many different services, Which is extremely convenient so I don't have to drive my dogs to different places. I'm confident they have a great time when they are there because they are able to run free for most of the day, and with having active dogs ( 2yo boxer and 1yo Weimaraner) they need to burn that energy. I have no issues with any of the rules or regulations they have in place, because I know they are there for the safety of my dog! We will definitely be continuing to use Camp Mimi for as long as we live in this area.

We are an airline family and travel quite often. Bear really liked camp Mimi at first but the last time Bear went to camp mimi she was drugged. After an 8 day stay, my elderly father had to carry our 70 pound German shepherd and place her in the car. For the next 3 days Bear was intensely lethargic and we had to carry her out to use the bathroom. Fast forward a few years later going to a different grooming/kennel place to find out from a previous worker that Bill and Sylvia do in fact tranquilize/ drug animals. Thankfully, we have a very happy, healthy, and energetic 6 year old girl, but, the thought of these adults hurting another animal is enough to make me sick. Please DO NOT take your animal to camp Mimi. I absolutely wish I had some sort of proof of this so that I could put these folks out of business. Attached are photos of my sweet Bear girl. In short when we boarded our dogs in January they both came down with Kennel cough and Ranger came back with a limp and still has that no one can tell me how that happened when I called. Pet Paradise did refund some of our money, gave us free nail trims because we were charged for them and they were never done and did discount a vet appointment for us. I do appreciate that but we should not have had to pay for the vet visit or their medication because our dogs came down with kennel cough. After the were over the kennel cough we brought them in to have their nails done and they did not due Ranger's back feet because they said he was biting. We have never had this problem ever when we have brought them to you or any other vet. or groomer. The guy groomer you have is great and he has never said anything about Ranger, no has for that matter. I believe the girl who was there that day just did not want to fool with him. The groomer there that day was a girl. Fast forward to this past weekend. I wanted to bring my dogs in for a nail trim like we always have. I was told that 2 of their vaccines had expired and we could not bring them because of that they could not be taken back or could not even come into the lobby. I respect the rules, but my dogs were allowed to contract kennel cough while they were there. This was Gunnar's second time catching kennel cough. My husband got involved and we were refunded our money for our last stay which I appreciate, what I DO NOT appreciate is us being told that Ranger could not come back until he was trained. Our dog is trained, he has stayed there a couple times and did the Meet the Family and there is absolutely NOTHING, I mean NOTHING on his report card or any other time indicating he was not trained. I really take offense to this statement. My husband even told whomever he spoke with, well you have things back there to keep from biting if you think he is. We have always been pleased with Pet Paradise until these past 2 times. I will never bring my dogs there again for the mere fact that now I do not believe they will be taken care of from the issues that we have had. I do not trust Pet Paradise and I will not be referring anyone else to your establishment. If someone would have responded to my email back in February, this could have all be resolved. I will be giving a bad review just so you know. My fur babies are just that, my babies and they will not be treated disrespectfully or for us to be told that Ranger bites which HE DOES NOT! And I know that I will not get a response here either.

She went above and beyond to help our little ones feel as comfortable as possible and accommodated our one baby who was definitely boycotting drinking and eating! It's understood that animals might not eat much for a few days when in a new place, but he was really being stubborn. We even had to discuss a backup plan with Beth if his stubbornness continued and his lack of drinking may have effected his heath. She was on board, very communicative and somehow, worked her magic and he was right at home eating and drinking like normal. Beth and her team truly have a gift when taking care of your babies. I highly recommend them and can't wait to use them again knowing they'll get THE BEST care possible while we are away.
