As a dog mom, leaving your pup somewhere new can be nerve-wracking, but after seeing how happy and well cared for Indy was, I feel completely confident about his first boarding stay next week. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely seems to love the dogs they care for. I'm so glad we found Wag Atlanta and can't wait for Indy to go back!

After contacting their on-site management team to inform them that my 3 yr old and 4 month old frenchies had pneumonia and tested positive for coronavirus immediately following their visit to their facility, They tried to blame it on my dogs receiving faulty vaccinations that failed them. No accountability, no suggestion of a refund and a blanket "sometimes that happens when they socialize with other dogs". My dogs are socialized and have been to other facilities! 100% blame on a vaccine that my 3 year old has been receiving from the same vet for 3 years! And he was the sickest out of the 2. For a place that's supposed to care for and love animals I was appalled at their lack of care or concern for mine. It was instant blame on their vaccines. A direct quote from Wag Atlanta "we recommend reaching out to the manufacturer of the Bordetella vaccine Prince and Cassius received to let them know that their vaccine failed. Vaccine manufacturers will often cover the medical expenses on a failed vaccine"! This is absurd !! No Cheyenne they got sick from your establishment. If you want to spend over $500 boarding your fur babies and another $2500 in Vet bills after you pick them up.... Then this is the place for you! Shameful.

All pet owners have felt the pressure of trying to schedule grooming services for pets.. Covid has…read morehad an impact on staffing so availability isn't as open as it once was. To keep my furby fresh and clean between visits I've decided to go to the self-service dog wash now owned and managed by Fur Side. Automated scheduling was easy as pie. Showed up for my appointment and Mary greeted me at the door in PPE. Raised tubs with sprayer mean you don't have to bend over to bath your pooch. There are plastic aprons to keep you dry as possible. The shampoo and conditioner is great and complimentary, along with ear wash. Although I bought my own brushes, there are brushes available for use. Bring your own towels now. It's a safety thing. All in all a great bath away from home. I'll end with this. My Beauregard was freaking out with the sound and feel of the high powered dryer. He dang near killed himself trying to get away from it and I was going to have to leave with a wet poodle. Mary showed absolute mercy and stepped in to help me. I'm not experienced in bathing Beauregard myself so I was not what he wanted or expected. Mary advised and showed me the best way to dry my pooch and make the experience enjoyable for both of us. She gave of her time and herself and we are eternally thankful. P.S. I already had a full service groom scheduled for a future date. This will be Beauregard's first visit to Fur Side.. I'm even happier about this now.

She just demanded my phone number. Then she was rude when I merely asked the question of whether or not she had notes on how we liked our cairn terrier groomed. She flew off the handle and yelled "I'm not going through this with you! I know how to cut her!" The backstory is the first time we took our dog there she didn't cut her like a cairn terrier. The next time we took her in we brought a picture just to be sure of getting the right cut. Worked out fine. So this time, without the pic, I was just double checking. And she obviously was not pleased with my impertinence. I asked her why asking if she kept notes was so bad. She yelled "if you dont like my work..." and gestured to the door. I took her cue and turned around with my now upset pup. As I left, her parting word was a sarcastic "Whatever!" There's no way I'd ever leave my dog with her. Dogs can't tell you how they've been treated when no one else is around......but I can.
