BEWARE!!! I brought my dog here for a grooming back when they first opened and it was a really good experience. She smelled and looked great and the price was awesome. So, when I received a $5 off customer appreciation text I happily made another appointment. Unfortunately, this second experience was awful. So, I called to request an appointment and was told to bring her in at 1:30pm. I dropped her off and the groomer, Brittany, said she would be about an hour. I said no problem and take your time because I'll be out running errands. She called at 2:13pm to tell me she was about to begin on her and to verify the type of cut I wanted. Then she said she would be done around 3pm. So, I said okay I'll be there for 3pm and she said well maybe not 3pm. So, again I said no worries, just call me when she's done. I was done with my errands around 5pm so I figured I would swing by to see if she was done. I walked in and she was still in the kennel where I left her at 1:30pm. Nothing appeared to have been done to her. Brittany apologized and said it had been busy so I told her, AGAIN, no worries just let me know when she is done so I can come get her. She calls at 6:14pm and, AGAIN, says she is going to start on my dog and I should come get her at 6:30pm. I thought this was odd and super quick so I ended up getting there at 6:45pm and my dog was in the same kennel where I left her and she looked like nothing had been done. At this point I was done. My dog sat their all day for nothing! Brittany, apologized and said it had been busy but claimed she was able to was her. I asked if she could just do the cut and said I would wait. She said okay. She took her back and came back with only her bangs cut. She was not brushed out, her body was not cut, her nails were not clipped and she still had crust in her eyes. At this point, I was exhausted with the whole ordeal. I paid the $30 and took her home. The next morning I contacted the owner, he answered and I explained what happened. He said no problem and asked if I could bring her in again that day and he would have Brittany do the full groom that day. He said he would call me to tell me what time. He never called me so my mom texted him about bringing her. He texted her back and so she brought the dog. When she got there Brittany admitted to only using a dry shampoo and not actually washing her. She also claimed that she is too wiggly to cut and she could only shave her. She even told my mom that she could clip her nails but my mom would have to hold her. This is all ridiculous because she has been getting groomed for 11 years and she had been groomed there before with none of these problems. So my mom just took her home. I called the owner again and this time he did not answer. I left a message explaining what happened and that I was requesting a refund. He never responded. I called several more times and finally sent a text and nothing. I am appalled at this lack of customer service. I can't believe that a business would take my money for services that admittedly did not happen! And then to ignore a customer (the number listed as the business phone is actually his cell phone) who you know had a concern after offering to rectify it is ridiculous!
