After that first conversation I felt calm and like I had finally found what I was looking for - someone who could take it from here. We hired IBEX to replace 29 windows in our home. Our house was built in the 1930s but the windows were aluminum and probably installed in the 1970s. We knew when buying the home in 2020 we'd need to replace them, but after one year of holding them open with books, ice inside, condensation that caused the paint to warp on every sill, and one that straight up leaked when rain blew in from the west, we decided in early 2022 it was time. We are so thankful we found Ricky and Raymond at IBEX and took the leap. We easily trusted them and their recommendations. The windows were installed to perfection, even though upon removing the old ones, we found that the wood had warped and rotted, and the wood had to be replaced and the windows had to be rewrapped. I can't say enough about how it was all done perfectly, with no issues, at a very fair price, by great people. We love supporting this local OKC business and highly recommend IBEX. Multiple calls for help to Millennium, when we saw crew doing terrible workmanship got us no where. The Head Millennium agent in our area (who could speak English) quit in the middle of our total roof re-do. To finish the garage I had to give them a role of tar paper because they ran out of of Ice and Water shield. I could go on and fill up a whole page of problems we faced as a result of lack of supervision of the workers. To put it to a close - A year later I was on the roof and felt it loose and bobbing in certain areas. They (Millennium) had to redo a quarter of the rear of my roof because the new decking that replace rotten decking was not nailed to the rafters. If you use Millennium, make sure you watch the workers like a hawk and have intense supervision with a knowledgeable roofer.

The second, a statewide firm whose jingle you can sing in the shower, bid a full $10,000 over Rhodes. So with pricing covered, the next important consideration is who will be in your home. Bob Rhodes and his daughter Tara, along with Jack, (a 40-year employee), perform the measurements themselves. These people are keepers-trustworthy, friendly, genuine, delightful people who by now feel like old friends. When your windows are produced - ours took approximately one month, about what Bob predicted - installation begins. Married couple Brad and Amber installed ours, and from the moment they arrived for the two-day project, they seemed like family. They cleaned up meticulously as they worked, so when they departed, all we had to do was enjoy the finished product. They were just the best; they were so thoughtful, courteous and respectful, and we were lonesome for them all when they were gone. We felt we made friends for life. Finally, about the product: the new windows are just amazing. They seal the house so effectively that we have raised the thermostat two degrees! Also, the outside noise now stays outside! When the time came to buy replacement windows, my husband and I went on the hunt for quality that wouldn't break the bank coupled with experienced installation and excellent customer service provided by a long-established company. Being well-versed in exercising due diligence, retired and patient, we had plenty of time for the search. We started by asking friends and relatives who they had used; and, as you can imagine, the responses were all over the board. We got quotes from two of the Big Names, and requested a quote from one of the most aggressive advertisers and got no response from them whatsoever... but it's just as well. Their quote would probably have been near or higher than the others. Then we went to dinner at the brother- and sister-in-law's house... and there they were: the windows and patio doors we'd been wanting forever complete with a glowing recommendation for both experience, service, and quality. We wasted no time getting in touch with M. Rhodes Co. LLC and got a quote - it wasn't the cheapest. We didn't want the cheapest; and it wasn't the most expensive. Bob called immediately and we scheduled the door installation for the end of that week with the windows to follow the following Monday - today. The brothers showed up at the promised time and went to work. Both patio doors were installed and functioning perfectly by 12:30pm. One of us had a prior commitment, so work commenced this morning at the appointed time and before we knew it, we had three fixed windows, a huge picture window, and two standard windows done and dusted. All the debris was packed up and carried off and when they left, there wasn't a spot on the glass, the frames, the sills... nowhere. So... if the above was TLDR (too long, didn't read) for you... here's the bottom line: M. Rhodes Co. The keyed-lock flip handle is so much easier to operate than the lock on our previous patio door. We had to replace the rollers on our previous other-brand door several times over 30 years. Having the Thermal Windows Inc lifetime limited warranty which will cover the rollers being replaced, if necessary, is a real comfort as husband is no longer able to make those kinds of repairs. It took nearly 3 months to get the custom-made door built and installed. The door screen was delivered ripped and a tiny part, the Charlie saddle was broken which took another month to replace. It has now been over a month since installation was final and the door operates very smoothly and all components appear top quality. We are happy with door and service. Long term satisfaction is what is important to us.

Here's a little background regarding our project. We were in the market for a major window and door upgrade. There were 19 windows that badly needed replacement that happened to be to 48 year old original windows to our home. From the start of our job, everything went smoothly. Rusty came out and personally measured each of the windows to make sure we had a perfect fit. He was very meticulous through the measurement process, explaining to me each step of the process. A few days later we went to Agnew Door & Window to pick out the exact windows we wanted installed. Callie took care of the cost analysis for us, providing quotes on our first & second choices. After consideration and comparisons, we elected for the second choice. Don't think that we were settling, both windows were of a very high quality and either one of them would provide us the a high end window which would meet all of our needs. A few days later, we went to the showroom and made our initial deposit to get the process started. From the time we placed the order to the time our windows were in there warehouse was approximately 5-6 weeks. We weren't worried about the time it took for the windows to come in, we knew it was the middle of summer and understood that the install would begin around the end of August to early September. It was still very hot when the install team of Dillon, Nicholas & Nate came to start the install portion of the project. We weren't worried, we understood the scope and scale of our project, and knew it would take between 2-3 days to finish. The team was spot on, the install took 3 days. We were amazed it didn't take longer. The team was very deliberate, taking time to make sure that each window fit exactly as intended. Needless to say to say, we were pleasantly surprised. The fitment and overall look of our new windows was perfect! Now for the second project, while the windows were going in we decided that it was time for a new front door and storm doors to go on the front of the house and the upstairs deck. We ordered those shortly after the window project finished. The front door we ordered was a custom fiberglass door that would require a stain be crafted to match out existing woodwork. Converge door arrived, a custom stain was mixed by the company's paint and stain by expert. Needless to say, the match was perfect. From the time we ordered the new front door and the storm door rob the time of installation was about 4-5 weeks. We hand no complaints about the delivery time, we knew the wait would be worth it. The install team for this part of the project was comprised of Dillon and Nicholas. These two guys work their tails off. Everything they did to make the front door and storm doors fit correctly had to be custom one off frame work. The time that the team took was nothing short of a miracle. The doors fit perfectly. Over all, our job was a complete success. We plan on getting back with Agnew Door & Window very soon to replace all of our hollow core interior doors with new solid core doors and possibly have them make it new cabinet doors for the rest of the house. We recommend that if you're looking for windows & doors, you really should get with Agnew Door & Window. You won't be disappointed!
