I went ahead and paid a little extra for a 3-man crew. I think it was worth it. The Absolute crew was executing on somewhat of a strange operations. The owners of the house my wife and I were moving into we actually taking residence of the rent house we were moving from. That's right, we were swapping houses - on the same day. The other family hired a competitive moving company, and because we were crossing paths, I got to observe the Absolute crew in comparison to the other team. The Absolute team took much better care of our belongings, were masters in packing the truck (no really, I was honestly impressed), and they were more polite and courteous. I ended up tipping each of the three crew members individually because they were such a joy to work with throughout the day. This company is my first 5-star association on Yelp...

I appreciate how Mr. Ken Fuller treated me with respect, dignity and professionalism. Mr. Ken Fuller made sure I got my HOA's approval on all products to be installed prior to beginning work. Something I would have probably overlooked because I had active leaks inside my home. Mr. Ken Fuller also worked well with my Insurance Agent and Insurance Adjuster. They showed up when they said they would, installed everything in 2 days, and cleaned up the debris very well. While tearing off the roof my fence gate was destroyed. Mr. Greg Dykstra said he would have the damaged gate replaced quickly and was very apologetic. I hope I never need another roof replacement (wishful thinking in the state Of Oklahoma) but if I do, Big Sky Roofing would be my first call. UPDATE: Well, it took almost 6 months for Big Sky Roofing to fix the broken gate, but they kept their word. It took so long due to weather and unforeseen illnesses. I know 6 months is a long time to wait but I'm so proud that I did not misjudge their comment to doing the great work and keeping their word to a client. However, my roof looks beautiful, and they did do quality work in ALL aspects. I'd still use them again. I'm not a very trusting person, so believe me when I say, trust this company!
