When I called to have the guttering installed, they were able to fit me in within a week of my call. They arrived after I left for work and were completed with the job before I got home. And, I have not found any debris that would indicate they were there. They did a great job cleaning up, the only way you would know I had guttering done was if you saw the battered gutters from the hail prior to seeing the pristine installed guttering. Then I kept being promised they were going to come and installed a two foot space that was left uninstalled with the premium guards that I purchased. The gutters do look nice, which is why I didn't give them the lowest star, but I would not recommend them at all because customer service is the most important aspect of business. Rain Guard failed miserably, and I still have to find someone to install the part of the guard the wasn't installed.
