Someone that touchy and immature does not deserve your business. I would keep looking, as he told me to do. I do not want a misunderstanding, Colton called immediately and we reached an agreement. Because I had just had my lawn serviced, it was agreed to postpone his service to a future date. I will add to the review once the service is completed. Phoenix was hired, but the service requested was a replacement service. Colton will not be onsite until August 7. Actual quality of service cannot be evaluated at this time.

They inspected my old gate and gave me a very reasonable, itemized quote. They installed the new gate properly with cross-bracing, to last many years even in Oklahoma, also replacing wooden posts with metal posts on one side and attaching the other side properly to the house. I recently had my water service line replaced from the meter to my house. During the project, David discovered that the boring contractor hadn't installed the new line deep enough to meet code. It would have been easy to work around it, trench through my landscaping, or simply let it go--but instead, he advocated for me. He stood his ground, insisted the boring company come back and do the job correctly, and ultimately saved me from ending up with a substandard installation. That decision cost him an entire day's work while everyone waited for the boring company to return, but he still put doing the job right ahead of simply getting paid and moving on. To top it off, when the project was finished, his final invoice came in below the high end of the estimate he had originally given me. In a world where it's common to brace yourself for surprise costs, that was a refreshing experience. If you're looking for a plumber who is knowledgeable, honest, and willing to advocate for his customers instead of taking the easy way out, I can wholeheartedly recommend David's Plumbing. Integrity like that deserves to be recognized.
