They patched the first leak and agreed to pay $500 toward the remediation, although they never paid. The second leak was about 4 months ago. They repaired the roof, although they did not pay for any of the interior repairs. Now, we have had a 3rd leak, in the same area as the second. Again, they patched the roof, but they refuse to pay for any of the remediation or repairs. If the roof was repaired properly after the second leak, it should have lasted more than 4 months. They state on their website that they have an Arkansas contractor's license. I found out that the license expired a couple of years ago. They say their work is warrantied, but regardless of your claim, they will say the damage is weather related so they are not responsible. They have stopped responding to my correspondence. I'm hoping this review will prevent others from getting sucked into this web.

I received outstanding communication, education, claim assistance, progress reports and follow through from Kyle, the Roof Consultant. Kong, the Job Supervisor, stayed in constant touch and kept me informed throughout the installation. The two crews who worked on the roof did outstanding quality work. They provided a beautiful new roof, quite a few deck repairs and overall upgrades. Patriot's gutter contractor did a wonderful job as well. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have a large firepit in back yard and had HR&L build a deck and planters around the fire pit. My family and friends thoroughly enjoy the deck, firepit, and flowers and vegetables from the planters around the deck. HR&L did such a great job, I had them build a custom tool shed in the back yard. It is wonderful, weather tight, sturdy and looks great. Not a "typical" shed that you get from a home improvement store. I was so impressed with the quality work of deck and shed, I asked HR&L to enclose my back patio, making it into a sun/media room. HR&L selected the materials to give the area a "rustic cabin" feel. I enjoy it so much; I decided to move my office into the space (kids now use my old office for media activities)!! HR&L completed each project at a very reasonable price, on time, and kept the work areas clean and free of debris at the end of each workday. I highly recommend!!!
