Then on Monday i get a message from the secretary who said they would have to cancel Thursday and cant come until i picked them as a contractor on the grant program Even though both the owner had already tried to come and and another person said they would be here Thursday. Ok whatever, Then after Thursday i picked them as a roofer on teh computer and they declined to come give a bid, Just wasted everyone's time from the get go and now the computer wont let me pick someone else, i have to get it fixed!
