I think Joe did the most comprehensive and detailed inspection of the existing roof, including getting into the attic which the other two roofers did not do. After the initial inspection, Joe was able to quickly work up a number of estimates and give me numerous different options cost and benefits to each. He really took his time explaining the differences and benefits, especially considering Oklahoma's sometimes very enthusiastic weather. Due to the age of the roof and my personal preference. I decided to not go through the insurance even with the expertise Okc Roofers has with working with the insurance companies. Thankfully, after getting three estimates, Joe was able to work up a very competitive price for the roof replacement to go along with the exceptional long lasting warranty. If all that wasn't enough, even after the contract was signed I had a number of questions and concerns leading up to the job. It appears as if Superior Fence sent a 5 year old out to complete this assignment. To be fair, they offered us $50 off but would not come out and fix the issues if we took the discount!!!! Regardless this does not compensate for your inability to perform your profession. For the amount of money we spent on this fence, I am exceedingly dissatisfied, not only in their efforts on the job, but in the total deficiency of customer care. Just a reminder to call around to compare prices and get estimates before they come out to avoid a service fee for just a 5 minute quote for the job. I asked what was the hourly rate for their service as this job should take about an hour but was told the quote was generated from their quoting software not from how long it would take to do the job.

The second was a renovation of the master bathroom. While the previous owner had maintained the home reasonably well, the bathroom needed updates due to aging finishes and discoloration. Replacing the shower enclosure and the tub noticeably improved the space. The project took longer than originally planned due to delivery delays that were outside of their control. While the delay was not ideal, the team communicated clearly, and the final outcome met our expectations. Ashley coordinated the overall process and was very helpful in guiding material selections. Johnny, the owner, stayed involved and regularly checked in to make sure things continued moving forward. Jerrot handled the sink countertop and RO system work with care and attention. Marco and his tile team were consistent and highly responsive to our needs. Jose and his crew completed the flooring efficiently while maintaining good quality. The pad I had him pour was not proper level and out of square. Out or square forced my carport to…read morehang over, looks tacky. He tried to explain that the out of level was to drain properly to the street which I understand, east to west, the water drains south to north not towards the street but puddles on the steel legs of my carport. The level is off 8 inches from south to north, so my carport ended up losing 8 inches of height and was charged extra to remove 8 inches from every leg on north side. The driveway edges were not troweled correctly, ended up all cracked and he came back to fix but already cracked off again, very tacky. They poured concrete on my existing concrete and let it dry, staining the concrete and looks very tacky. They cleaned their wheel barrels in the middle of my yard, along with all the sand and cigarette butts I had to clean up after them. My driveway was left a muddy mess from their power wheel barrels and again had to spend a whole day power washing it myself. Splattered concrete that won't power wash off all over my garage door and driveway along with scratches/dents from the demo and damaged the edge of my existing garage floor. The entry way to my carport pad has leaves dried into and deep marks left in it to dry. I told him I wanted it to match my existing driveway and he broomed it anyway, but did a sloppy job brooming it as well and left leaves and sticks that left surface marks. Broom lines are not straight and leaves were just broomed in as well not removed. He also demands payment at beginning and then before the job is finished... now I see why! Don't bother with this guy! Once it's dry it's too late, don't make my mistake, pay after he is done NOT before! Better yet just find a professional as he is NOT.
