Most recently, I needed to use the service for a pick up from UCLA to home for my baby Bruin who wanted to come home for the Halloween weekend. While I easily could have went with Uber, Rich gave me an incredible deal that came out to the same as Uber. Our driver was Harry. Not only was he amazing, but he was completely reliable and most importantly safe. The car was spacious enough for my Bruin to bring home laundry to do at home. So if you have a college student who needs to arrange a ride home, Happy Shuttle is definitely the place to call. They continue to exceed expectations and their prices are affordable. Will definitely be using them again!

If I had let him, he would have taken me to more neighborhoods off Descanso Drive instead of taking me to Descanso Gardens. I offered to pay in cash, but he insisted he didn't have change. When I rounded up the fare, all of sudden he had change. I am not sure if the company is aware of what their drivers do. I had used previously with no problems, but this driver certainly needs to be fired.

I was forced to call the police but they were gone by the time they came. This is a very strong warning to future customers that may want to hire a moving company, hire anybody but them.

Using a private car service meant I didn't have to worry about being picked up at both my home and the airport. Route 66 Shuttle Company arrived on time and the vehicle was very comfortable. The owner was an excellent driver and was helpful with our bags. And picking us up from the airport was a breeze, he found us quickly and was there only minutes after I walked out with my bags. I will never use Uber or another shuttle company again. I also want to mention booking a reservation was easy!
