This review is for the January 2026 Thailand tour…read more What an amazing trip, as we are still talking about it. Supera did an excellent job in showing us the highlights of this beautiful country. We were spoiled and treated like VIPs throughout. Highlights include: Temples - so many Buddhist temples, beautiful and unique. Elephant sanctuary - A highlight! Up close and personal with these majestic creatures. We walked with them, made and fed them medicinal treats. Tuk Tuk tour - a VIP tour of the streets of Chang Mai. So fun and enjoyable. Hotels resorts - beautiful, elegant and top service including massages and buffet breakfasts. Food - Supera goes out of their way to handpick local specialties that most tourists don't know about. The food was unique and delicious. A real treat. Transportation - buses, longboats, flights - all handled for us, including all luggage transfers. Our tour guide Betty Tsai. What a pro! She's the perfect mix of organization and keeping it fun. Her attention to detail kept us moving smoothly through the trip. She even managed to work with the Mandarin Oriental to get me a personal item I accidentally left at the hotel after checkout. Ms A - so cute, with excellent knowledge of Thai culture and history. This was our third Supera tour, and it won't be our last!

A family emergency necessitated my cutting my trip short and return to the U. S., and as soon as the tour staff learned of my predicament, they reached out to me and had the return flight arranged for me within 2 hours. I cannot describe how valuable it is not having to find my own flights during that stressful period. They made sure I was taken care of from the hotel taxi all the way to the airport drop off. Many thanks to Roy, Junko, and Eriko for their 5-star customer service! We will be back!

My mom wanted to travel through South America, down to Argentina and then hop on a cruise to Antarctica. I've always seen deals for cruises to Antarctica from Argentina. So I had her call Albert for some advice on this type of journey. To my surprise, my mom had a terrible phone conversation with Albert. Not only was Albert rude to her, he criticized her for supposedly confusing him with her questions. The most shocking part was when he questioned why she would travel to Antarctica and that it was super hot! Um, really? I have no idea why he would think Antarctica is hot. Last I checked, it's -24 degrees Fahrenheit down there! And this was just the tip of the iceberg (pun intended). He then proceeded to tell her that he was really busy and that she was wasting his time. Told her to just go to his office instead. I understand if she's not a customer and just a random caller with questions. However, she was a referral from a customer. Even if she was just a random caller, why be rude to the person? The whole "Antarctica is super hot" comment was just perplexing. A travel agent made this comment...a travel agent. And to make her feel stupid for asking about cruises to Antarctica was unnecessary considering these cruises DO exist. The poor treatment of a referral from a regular customer was very disappointing. Needless to say, I'll be searching for a new travel agency.

I am so torn with this review... The overall experience is truely subpar and borderline…read moreunacceptable, but every time I feel annoyed about something I have to stop and remind myself that the trip was really CHEAP!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRIP UNLESS YOU CAN SPEAK MANDARIN/CANTONESE OR YOU HAVE SOMEONE WHO CAN SPEAK THOSE LANGUAGES WITH YOU!! $30 oneway/$50 roundtrip (626-Las Vegas) 626: San Gabriel, Monterey Park, Rowland Heights Las Vegas: Tropicana Hotel, Harrah's Hotel, Chinatown DEPARTURE: Our bus was late leaving San Gabriel, but this was all compensated with our bus driver's gangster-driving. It was a full bus on a Saturday morning, so there was assigned seating to ensure everyone has a spot. Not gonna lie, I was pretty confused during the whole ride. Our tour bus lady was meek and quiet even though there was clearly a speaker system she could use. Halfway there we were all forced off at the Barstow Station for a 15 min break... that lasted 20 minutes. When we got back on... our gangster bus driver came around to everyone was DEMANDING two dollars tip from each and every one of the passenger. Be prepared to bring $2 mandatory tip!! He did not say thank you and he was definitely not smiling... He was more like a gangster collecting debt. It was pretty intense. We arrived at Vegas a little later than scheduled, but everything was uphill from there.... keep in mind this trip was really CHEAP!! RETURNING: Wow!!!!! I feel like I have two completely different experiences with US Asia. On our returning trip on Sunday, there was a relatively empty return group so seating was not an issue at all!! This time around, both the bus driver and the tour person was so nice!!! Our tour driver would announce at every stop exactly what was going to happen in all three languages: Cantonese, Mandarin and ENGLISH!! Wow!! He had such a nice face and he was always smiling... ... And our bus driver was really nice too!! Around the Barstow Outlets he was getting gas and you can tell he was working so hard to drive ALL DAY and he was all running around in the heat pumping gas for the bus. When it came time to tip him during this stop, the tour person announced for us to please tip the hard working bus driver. It was clear and there was no confusion. I was completely okay with that cause I wasn't caught off guard. And also the bus driver was very polite about it. He was respectful and he thanked each person showing his gratitude. I really liked him so I tipped him $10 and told him to keep it. He looked very touched!! The returning bus driver was very safe compared to the first one we met & we got back to San Gabriel around 6:30pm. I know I sound like I complained a lot... but $30 round trip is cheaper than my gas-costs. Plus I don't mind driving to Vegas, but I hate the drive back!! I got to nap on the bus ride back to rest up from all that partying!! But would I book a trip with this company again?? Probably not... WARNING: No Refunds!!! If anything happens, you have 30 days to rebook your trip, but there are NO REFUNDS!!!!!!!

First bus takes people from NorCal back to L.A. Regular stops in NorCal in order: San Jose, Cupertino, Oakland, and SF. Due to delays from traffic, arrived an hr late at Oakland 7pm. Bus can be dead quite (poor driver), since there were 14 of us most people spread themselves out. I managed to sleep through most of the ride and kept myself busy with some shows on my phone. 800-miles less on my car, sleep, 4G-LTE on the entire trip...really want to take another trip up.

We spent 10 hours going to different stops in LA and everything was perfect, including an ice chest of ice-cold water!
