The woman who did mine set an 8 minute timer and showed it to me which I really appreciated. There's also add ons to the package I got "With color gel polish extra $15" and "Extra 10 minute massage $12". The hot stone wasn't hot, but it surely was very comforting. then she put something on my heels and omg it felt great. The massage chair was really comfortable too. The acrylic set was very well done. I believe the lady who did both was Becky. She was very good and gave a great pedicure and manicure. Come to find out, it basically included bubbles and lotion by things that should honestly come standard. On top of that, the actual pedicure itself was rushed and super rough. It felt like they were just trying to get us in and out as fast as possible instead of actually taking their time. The whole time they were talking to each other, making eye contact with us, and laughing whenever we asked questions, which made the whole experience really uncomfortable and unprofessional.
