She also just set up a tablet with bluey for him without asking if it was okay...it was not... THEN okay my appointment was at 6 and I got there at around 5:47 I walked out around 5:58 while she was cutting his hair someone walked by and asked for a cut and she replied "I'm booked for the night" this was definitely not a good experience especially for it being his second hair cut of his life. 10/10 Do Not recommend

I specifically asked for Laurie to perm my moms hair but when i went to pick my mom u 3 hours later i realized that Laurie was not the person perming my mothers hair. A very iexperienced young woman was. I know everyone needs to learn techniques but since i specifically made the appointment with Laurie and it was Laurie whom I spoke to who accepted the appointment I expected her to be working on my mother. Moms hair is not ling so it never should have taken 4+ hours to perm her hair! So much of it was left out of the curler that there were straight pieces sticking out. I wont be taking mother back and i hoe the your stylist who worked on mom works on jer technique and stops letting other stylists pawn her clients on her.
