I got an acrylic set, and a pedicure. For the pedicure I did the hot stone pedicure: "$35 for a classic pedicure with an 8 minute foot reflexology" which was the cheapest package. The woman who did mine set an 8 minute timer and showed it to me which I really appreciated. There's also add ons to the package I got "With color gel polish extra $15" and "Extra 10 minute massage $12". The hot stone wasn't hot, but it surely was very comforting. then she put something on my heels and omg it felt great. The massage chair was really comfortable too. The acrylic set was very well done. I believe the lady who did both was Becky. She was very good and gave a great pedicure and manicure. The total was $125 for 2 pedicures and a full acrylic manicure set. read more

For my granddaughters 11th birthday, I wanted to do something special. Knew my daughter used Posh nail so I went to their website and saw they stated they were affiliated and accepted fresha gift cards. I ordered a $50 one with a lovely sentiment added. My granddaughter was thrilled! August 11, my daughter being the organizer she is, called Posh to be certain they accepted. Person on phone stated Yes! They DID indeed accept fresha gift cards! My daughter & granddaughter went Monday 8/11, received services and upon paying, was told they DID NOT accept fresha gift cards! She (my daughter) stated she called and had it confirmed as well as showing the front desk their website stating it as well! The persons rude response was "well, I don't know who you talked to but they were wrong and website must be old" WTF??? My daughter payed out of pocket, but will not be returning! Now, had that been me....I would've refused to pay due to irresponsible business practices! What happened to customers always right? So according to this "Posh" business motto...the customer eats the cost if they have ignorant staff and outdated websites?!!!?!!! Shotty business for sure! Willing to lose 4 customers over THEIR mistakes!!! Good riddance, I'll be sure to pass on my disdain read more

Just went In for a pedicure. They may as well have just cut filed and painted my toes. If you don't splurge for one of their specials they don't really put much effort in. The water was like warm, even though I asked for it to be hot. From the time I was In The chair until the time I was under the dryer was just under 15 min. I was one of two customers In the place so it's not like they were busy. I expected at least 30 min In The chair with a nice foot soak/bath. At least the polish job looks decent. read more

had an appointment to get my nails done with Tony. I showed up on time, only to be told he was with another customer and that someone else would "do my nails." When I clarified that I had a scheduled appointment--which I planned my day around and was even dropped off for--I was met with a dismissive explanation: they opened a half hour early, so he had to take another client. Excuse me? Then why wasn't the other technician taking that walk-in? Oh right--because apparently my time doesn't matter. This place has no regard for professional scheduling or basic customer service. Appointments should mean something. Respecting your client's time is literally the bare minimum. Instead, I was treated like an afterthought. Yes, this is a first world problem--but if you expect basic courtesy, accountability, and actual adherence to appointments, I highly do not recommend this place. They made it very clear that loyalty or planning ahead doesn't matter here. Do better. read more

My mani pedi was fine but this is the third time where several technicians continued to chat non stop across several pedicure seats. Loud and obnoxious. Not very relaxing read more

t's "eh." No fault of the 3rd new tech I've had since I started going here 8 months ago, who they all laughed at when they assigned him to do my nails. The women definitely rush you in, so you don't have time to pick a color. I used to get all kinds of nail art and other services before Posh, but since coming here I find less and less joy in getting my nails done. I look at beautiful nail art before going in but stopped trusting I can get someone who can even electronically file the dip powder evenly without going to deep and burning my fingers- no less someone to do art. Last time I tried chrome and the powder was so uneven underneath half of my nails that it looked terrible. I tried showing the girl the art I wanted for my next appointment once, but when I went back I had been given another new person who was struggling with just filing evenly. Now I just do basic and it makes me sad. Need to find another salon where they actually care about their regularly returning customers who want to spend money and tip well. But in this salon I guess I just don't rate getting anyone with experience or even having my appointment written down. I tried to wait and see if things got better after they got to know me, and I got used to the place before writing a review, but here we are alas...one cold-water pedicure later... read more

staff is very nice, however their technique needs work. They were rushing when doing my nails and pushed too hard with the drill creating a burning feeling. When I told them they apologized but not too soon after did it again. If you get you nails done here I suggest going when it's an off hour. I got acrylics with gel my first visit and the nails were too thick! There was excess acrylic hanging off the tip. They weren't very thorough in the cleanup. This was proven again when I went to get dip powder done to my natural nail. While not layered as thick, they were quick to not cover all the corners and areas of the nail. Once everything was done I found there were patches of either thinning or uncovered spots. Very disappointed! When cleaning up the cuticles and nails the nail tech didn't give 100% attention to what she was doing. I was afraid she was going to cut my cuticle. total: $38 for dip powder wouldn't recommend read more

Had a very good experience. I got the most expensive pedicure, a d for $85 is was totally worth it. The gentleman that did my feet and massage did an amazing job. Very calm and relaxing. I would definitely recommend and J will be going back. read more

Appointments are recommended however do not mean much! Booked one on my lunch hour. Took a lady that was waiting. She offered to let me go since I had the appointment and she was a walk in. The lady responded, no. You were here first. Bummer! Wont be back read more

So I made a appointment for 6pm because I requested for a specific person to do my pedicure now when I walked in picked my color I was waiting for 20 minutes to still not even get the person I requested I then proceeded to show them a image of the design I wanted where they then proceeded to show the manager who shook her head no saying they was too busy and to just do a color they apparently don't have enough time at this point I was confused because I thought that was the point of making a appointment it's like making a appointment doesn't matter I would never recommend anyone to go here. read more

Posh Nails - Pink frenchiessss - Nail Salons Near Me - Oneonta, New York

Have had decent experiences here but I went yesterday and I got a young man for a pedicure. He made zero effort. Just went through the motions with the tools but didn't really do anything. Didn't even shape them and the polish was uneven and didn't cover the whole nail. Fasted pedicure ever and I paid for one of the spa ones ...... Disappointed. To say the least. read more

used an expensive acrylic on my nails without me knowing. FILL IN WAS 70 DOLLARS FOR SHORT ALMOND NAILS. never going here again.

I have been going there since they first opened. I've had a great experience until recently I had someone do my nails and they immediately fell off within 4 days. I did nothing different than usual to make them break off. I went back in and asked if they could give me a discount to get them redone because they had been very expensive to break off that fast and easily. They were very rude and pretended to not understand. They refused and I finally told them to just do them and I won't be returning. The person very poorly did my nails. I got chrome...the chrome is splotchy and not rubbed in at all, I can clearly see between the base and the chrome. I sat there and they talked about me the whole time yelling and staring at me. Sadly I will never be returning as a regular customer, service and people skills lack within this business. read more
