I got an acrylic set, and a pedicure. For the pedicure I did the hot stone pedicure: "$35 for a classic pedicure with an 8 minute foot reflexology" which was the cheapest package. The woman who did mine set an 8 minute timer and showed it to me which I really appreciated. There's also add ons to the package I got "With color gel polish extra $15" and "Extra 10 minute massage $12". The hot stone wasn't hot, but it surely was very comforting. then she put something on my heels and omg it felt great. The massage chair was really comfortable too. The acrylic set was very well done. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I believe the lady who did both was Becky. For my granddaughters 11th birthday, I wanted to do something special. Knew my daughter used Posh nail so I went to their website and saw they stated they were affiliated and accepted fresha gift cards. I ordered a $50 one with a lovely sentiment added. My granddaughter was thrilled! August 11, [[HIGHLIGHT]]my daughter being the organizer she is, called Posh to be certain they accepted. Person on phone stated Yes! Just went In for a pedicure. They may as well have just cut filed and painted my toes. If you don't splurge for one of their specials they don't really put much effort in. The water was like warm, even though I asked for it to be hot. From the time I was In The chair until the time I was under the dryer was just under 15 min. I was one of two customers In the place so it's not like they were busy. I expected at least 30 min In The chair with a nice foot soak/bath. At least the polish job looks decent. read more

Appointments should mean something. Respecting your client's time is literally the bare minimum. t's "eh." No fault of the 3rd new tech I've had since I started going here 8 months ago, who they all laughed at when they assigned him to do my nails. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The women definitely rush you in, so you don't have time to pick a color.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I used to get all kinds of nail art and other services before Posh, but since coming here I find less and less joy in getting my nails done. I look at beautiful nail art before going in but stopped trusting I can get someone who can even electronically file the dip powder evenly without going to deep and burning my fingers- no less someone to do art. Last time I tried chrome and the powder was so uneven underneath half of my nails that it looked terrible. I tried showing the girl the art I wanted for my next appointment once, but when I went back I had been given another new person who was struggling with just filing evenly. Now I just do basic and it makes me sad. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Need to find another salon where they actually care about their regularly returning customers who want to spend money and tip well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But in this salon I guess I just don't rate getting anyone with experience or even having my appointment written down. staff is very nice, however their technique needs work. They were rushing when doing my nails and pushed too hard with the drill creating a burning feeling. When I told them they apologized but not too soon after did it again. If you get you nails done here I suggest going when it's an off hour. I got acrylics with gel my first visit and the nails were too thick! There was excess acrylic hanging off the tip. They weren't very thorough in the cleanup. This was proven again when I went to get dip powder done to my natural nail. While not layered as thick, they were quick to not cover all the corners and areas of the nail. Once everything was done I found there were patches of either thinning or uncovered spots. Very disappointed! When cleaning up the cuticles and nails the nail tech didn't give 100% attention to what she was doing. I have been going there since they first opened. I've had a great experience until recently I had someone do my nails and they immediately fell off within 4 days. I did nothing different than usual to make them break off. I went back in and asked if they could give me a discount to get them redone because they had been very expensive to break off that fast and easily. They were very rude and pretended to not understand. They refused and I finally told them to just do them and I won't be returning. The person very poorly did my nails. I got chrome...the chrome is splotchy and not rubbed in at all, I can clearly see between the base and the chrome. I sat there and they talked about me the whole time yelling and staring at me. Sadly I will never be returning as a regular customer, service and people skills lack within this business. read more
