The best place I have ever been to honestly I walked in at 6:50 when the place closes at 7:00 and they still took me and she did my nails exactly how I wanted all you have to do is talk to them and tell them what you want if you want to little sharper she'll do a little sharper if you want it a little more squared on the top she will do it more squared on the top. Honestly great conversationalist also made me feel super comfortable literally five out of five I honestly recommend it and asked for Nikki she was the best. Was going here for about a year and a half .typically they dont chat much which is fine but i always tip at minimum $5 bucks. I pay with my c.c and she was so confused she gave my cc to another person who walked away with it, not noticing (maybe) that she had my card i knew the card she handed me wasnt mine. Today she says its gonna be an hoir, so we went and shopped when we got back she said its gonna be ANOTHER hour. I was so angry. If she didnt want to do them all she had to do was say im feeling lazy. Or you dont tip well or whatever the reason was, just say so. But she just ignored me. She was rude i usually see tony this girl is young and was way out of her element but shes pretty much the only one who speaks english. I'm a regular customer of the Burton, Mi salon at Walmart. I've been going here for a couple of years. My daughter goes to the salon, even my male friend takes advantage of pedicures. The staff does a really good job, they are as quick as they can be, and the prices are very reasonable. They have many service options, and massage chairs. I'd recommend them as a regular part of a personal maintenance program. read more

The older male employees are rough and rude (every one of them) and I am considering a lawsuit for consistent verbal abuse and injury to my thumb ( I told them to be careful and it was ignored). One of them apologized and gave me a discount for being so rude, so it is not my imagination.. The female manager will not acknowledge my complaints and just said to have the girl employees do my nails instead. I notice they don't act this way to younger females (my daughter goes there) but I am a senior citizen and this experience made me wonder if it's a cultural issue. One of my older friends said she experienced them "talking down to her". A very toixic place...I might have Elder Abuse Task Force pay them a visit. I have been getting my nails done there for years.They are known to be rude on occasion and i stopped going there for awhile because of it. For the last few years tho i've been having Nicki do my nails....Won't go back ever again....I don't know what her problem was today but "Oh my word" ! Not only was she rude but i'm not happy with the job she did either. I don't care if you are having a bad day when you work with the public you are supposed to at least try to suck it up and not take it out on your customers. I have been going to this place for at least 2 years maybe longer. I make appointments for my mother and myself and recently a friend of my mother's. We couldn't make our appointment which was on a Monday at 9:30 because my mother was very ill. I called to cancel the appt. and reschedule. Of course they are never in on time so that you can talk to a human being so I left a message and my phone number so they could call me back to reschedule. So we went in on Thursday since my mom was feeling better. We were treated rudely and told we couldn't make appts. anymore because we were a no show and didn't let them know. I told them that I called, but they didn't return my call. Their reply was that we don't listen to the answering machine you have to talk to some one in person. Why have the machine then? We have had to wait everytime we make our 9:30 appts. for anywhere from 20-45 minutes. They don't seem to care about your time. Why make a 9:30 appt. if you are not going to be there. Your store hours state 9:30 - whenever. Don't make 9:30 appts. if you are not going to be there. I was a loyal customer, but no more. They don't care about the customer at all. They are always on their phones texting, taking phone calls, or watching game shows. read more
