Two customers who were on their way out were commenting about the smell. As I walked through the store the odor got stronger. I agree with the other review about the owner's phone calls, too. As I was leaving I mentioned the smell to an employee in case they weren't aware of it. The employee told me it was a problem with the sewer due to it being an old abandoned shopping center. She asked if I had any ideas about what they should do. I did, so she tried to get the owner's attention, but she was too busy on a phone call to talk to us. She took just enough time from her phone call to say, "Yeah, we know about the smell; we're taking care of it." I turned to leave and she muttered something else that I couldn't make out, but I didn't stick around to ask her to repeat what she said. I would imagine any clothing purchased at this store would probably retain that sewer odor.

She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and concerns at any given time, and I appreciated that she was always ready with suggestions and troubleshooting ideas- but not in a pushy way. She truly cares for her clients and takes the time to understand ones vision and goals for their event. I love flowers but I do have some sensitivity to certain varieties and she reassured me that I would not have to worry about dealing with allergen triggers. My baby shower would not have been the same without all the lovely hand selected blooms she provided (we went over preferred color schemes weeks before). On the day of, Toni was very self-sufficient and pro-active, setting up very quickly (as well as breaking down her equipment at the end). She was so well-prepared and timely that she even stepped in to help me finish setting up as the first of my guests trickled in! Without me even having to ask. So thankful for her empathetic and kind demeanor. MOST IMPORTANTLY, my guests absolutely loved the concept of being able to create and take home their own mini bouquet bundles!
