Service - in general, the service industry folk in Milan do not speak as much English as they do in other cities in Italy (like Rome, Florence, Sorrento, etc). They typically find the one server who does speak English and assign him/her to your table. That's what they did for us here, and we appreciated the effort. Nikola/Nichola was absolutely fantastic: super attentive, friendly, and radiated joy. I also found out he was a fellow Sri Lankan, and we had a good laugh about it.
