I decided to sub out the work. I went on yelp and noticed the good reviews Falcone Custom Tile had. I contacted the number listed and met Michael Falcone. I felt he was very experienced and knowledgeable after meeting and talking with him. It was shortly after he left our home i decided to give him the work. He gutted out bathroom and built us a beautiful custom shower with the tile we chose. The same with our flooring. After the bathroom was complete we had him remove our carpets in formal dining and living room area and installed tile. From the time he started he kept us updated on a daily basis of what was being accomplished. The work came out beautiful and his craftsmanship is outstanding. It felt good to have someone doing work in your home that is humble and trustworthy. A very artistic person.

Fast forward, I had a leak in my 2 bedroom condo and called them out, not only did he save my repair from a previous unlicensed guy who originally came out, he also saved me from another realtor claiming to be a contractor who had an expired contractors license. He fixed what the original guy messed up. He was my first go to but this damage had to be fixed by the owner above so they called in their own people. After the first experience I asked Frank if he could come out, he as usual was fast efficient and immaculate. The 1st guy left my place dusty, Frank came in with his crew and got the work done in 3 days, he even was ahead of schedule by a few hours. When I walked in my place was cleaned up of all the debris the last guy left behind. They honestly did not have to clean up that mess but they did. Frank and his team really go above and beyond. They are a perfect example of you get what you pay for. I personally will never call anyone but Frank and his team. Thank you again for all your help, I don't know how else to thank you. I will be referring you to everyone I know.
