The chicken was stale, old, and tasted putrid, giving you the vicarious experience of what it would be like if you were reincarnated as a vulture. The wait staff was extremely attentive -- so much so that once they saw how many plates were coming out, they proactively recommended moving to a larger table so everyone could be more comfortable. Service felt thoughtful and well-paced. A major highlight: the option to order all drums, all flats, or a mix. That alone earns points.
