Even prior to all that, this was my choice for eye care though. Everyone on the team is caring, helpful and has the best interest of your vision at heart. Working quite a bit with Billy, he's my guy when I have to unexpectedly stop in here. He's always so supportive as to what I have going on, he listens, and truly understands that glasses are pricey, and it's important to be comfortable and seeing well! Not to mention, he's always smiling! During my last yearly checkup I had a change in my script, I ordered glasses that just weren't working for me. I stopped in, (for like the 3rd time lol) Billy and the team chatted with the doc and my script was being taken back to the previous one (I believe my eyes were just having a OFF day, when I tested the month before) Without questions, they were on it, and getting my lenses replaced. The frame selection is massive at this location. (You will have a hard time finding just one pair!) The store is ALWAYS remarkably clean, the atmosphere is warm, Staff is constant and friendly, (no matter how many times you bug them) they understand glasses are expensive and they want you to be pleased. All of this in my opinion, is absolutely worth if I pay a little more for the quality (in service and eyeglasses) that I receive from this LensCrafters. Unfortunately I picked the week before school started and the place was very busy. However I waited, and when called back the pre exam was a pleasant experience. The tech offered me a exam that is out of pocket but you get screened for just about every eye disorder possible without having your eyes dialated! Then you go back into the lobby after the picture screening and wait for the eye doctor to examine you. The doctor was great made the suggested recommendations for glasses and it was over. Then you go to get fitted for the glasses you have chosen. My glasses will take 10 days before they are ready. Be prepared to pay extra if you go with designer options. I'll return whenever I need another exam. Great service and very professional!

I'm beyond frustrated with their high pressure sales tactics which caused me to spend way beyond my budget. their promised times for picking up are merely wishful thinking. Even after receiving texts from them that the had my order, it wasn't ready, and they always have to wait for some one in "the lab" to get to them, who apparently only works on the full moon or something because they are never in when I get there. It took me four trips just to get lenses put in a pair of sunglasses, and then only I mad a scene in the store demanding something be done.
