This Veterans Pkwy LensCrafters is my Go'to location for all my vision needs! The past year my medication regime has changed quite a bit, unfortunately causing me some vision changes. Even prior to all that, this was my choice for eye care though. Everyone on the team is caring, helpful and has the best interest of your vision at heart. Working quite a bit with Billy, he's my guy when I have to unexpectedly stop in here. He's always so supportive as to what I have going on, he listens, and truly understands that glasses are pricey, and it's important to be comfortable and seeing well! Not to mention, he's always smiling! During my last yearly checkup I had a change in my script, I ordered glasses that just weren't working for me. I stopped in, (for like the 3rd time lol) Billy and the team chatted with the doc and my script was being taken back to the previous one (I believe my eyes were just having a OFF day, when I tested the month before) Without questions, they were on it, and getting my lenses replaced. The frame selection is massive at this location. (You will have a hard time finding just one pair!) The store is ALWAYS remarkably clean, the atmosphere is warm, Staff is constant and friendly, (no matter how many times you bug them) they understand glasses are expensive and they want you to be pleased. All of this in my opinion, is absolutely worth if I pay a little more for the quality (in service and eyeglasses) that I receive from this LensCrafters. This place comes with a warning though, Once you've been treated like a "friend", and have the perfect glasses, you will NEVER settle for less again! Unfortunately, glasses aren't cheap. But the service I received here was excellent. I was able to get my eye exam as well as get my glasses made all in one location. I have also received a subsequent free adjustment to my glasses. And all of this was accomplished with ease and professionalism. I was very pleased with my experience. I just wish I didn't need glasses, but that's not their fault. ;) read more

I don't know I don't know if these two ladies are just hourly. I spoke to someone named Angel two days ago who was very helpful in assisting me and answering questions regarding my needed purchase for my glasses. I was to stop in today and finish up ordering them. these two people were very unhelpful and could care less and I not a great way to spend my $1800 on glasses I will be looking elsewhere for my business. read more

Hi, I bent my glasses and went to LensCrafters in Jeffersonville to have them straightened. Lisa G could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I wish there was a half star- 4.5 is my true rating. I like Dr Webb and associates. They have done a good job, consistently, at every visit for the last 7 years. I love this new location! It was our first visit here. So many more options in frames to choose from. The sales staff is helpful and knowledgeable. My complaints are minor-- I find there are many mid grade frames and they're very similar in style. But the selection in the designer price points and the discount level are lacking. There are plenty of discount frame options on the market and I wish they had more to choose from. I wear glasses every day and spend big money on a huge accessory, so I want more options on the upper end. I change my glasses like jewelry and want color, shape and size options. I am splitting hairs because they probably have 1000 frames to pick from, but I have Iris Apfel goals. Other than that- I highly recommend them. read more

So here's the deal. I managed to completely mangle a pair of RayBans with prescription lenses. So, I ordered a new frame from the factory and came to LensCrafters to ask if they works out the lenses into my new frame. A cheerful yes and 10 minutes later I was in my way. I hasn't been in a LensCrafters in quite a while, so I was stunned by all the brand name frames they carry. They're owned by Luxotica, the largest eyeglass frame company in the world, so it makes sense. I'd be a regular customer if they would just come down on their prices. But for service, they can't be beat. read more

I have a prism type of prescription which has to be sent out to create with the type of lens I wanted (premium with anti-glare). I was told originally that regardless it would have to be special ordered, which would take up to two weeks. The staff (especially the store manager) at the Lewis and Clark location (inside of the Greentree Mall) set it up so I could get them same day, and ended up getting them to me in thirty minutes. They knew and could see that I was in incredible pain without glasses and truly cared and took great care of me. I will be suggesting them to everyone I know who needs glasses or contacts and will absolutely be back! read more

Lindsey provided excellent customer service during my visit to get new lenses in an old pair of frames. She was polite and thorough, explaining lens options and double checking everything on the Rx and insurance. Plus the manager gave me some additional options when I returned the next day. My daughter has gone here since we've lived in Indiana. I can't really complain. This last visit, the doctor asked me to come back so that he could explain the situation rather than having to have a teen relay it back to me. I completely appreciated that. They are very helpful anytime there is a problem with the glasses also. read more

Made an appointment for 12:45. I arrived early and waited an hour ( it was a busy day) before they realized they "forgot" to check me in.

I've consistently done business with another provider in the past, but decided to try Lens Crafters, in the Greentree Mall, due to their extended hours. My wife and I walked in, without a word of greetings from the three free associates. Oddly enough, the next to customers to enter were promptly greeted, with warm greetings, and offers of help. I went about frame shopping without an offer of assistance. After deciding on a pair of Armani frames, I approached the counter, and asked about an eye exam. The young man bluntly said, what time is your appointment? When I explained I didn't make an appointment, his response was "Well, without insurance eye exams are $68.00, go over there and make an appointment". Needless to say, this treatment was insult upon injury! Not that it should have mattered, but I certainly have insurance, and was prepared to have two pair of glasses made. As it happened, I know the person scheduling Optometrist's appointments, and this prevented me from asking for the manager. After being told I could not get an eye exam today and really needed an appointment to get an exam I left. the bottom line is, the young customer service reps were absolute yuppies, dressed to the nines, in name brand junk, with hundred-dollar haircuts, and where unbelievably judgmental and snooty. I've work experience includes a decade plus of overseeing high-end retail operations, and twice as many years in client relations. I've never seen, or experienced, such deplorable behavior. I took my business, and money, to a competitor, and you should as well. read more

Dr. Web and Associates, the optometrist here, has been harassing by sending multiple emails titled: "Urgent eye exam reminder from Dr Webb & Associate" with an appointment already scheduled. This is some sort of scam or at the very least a pressure tactic. Due to this you have lost our business. The eyeglasses are good, depending on whom you get the service is good, but you do pay a premium price. Last year the delivery date of the glasses was incorrect, so the sunglasses being counted on use during vacation did not work out. read more

Today was my first time at LensCrafters, and I was NOT disappointed! Great framing options, very clean, and well organized. I found not one, but many different frames I absolutely loved. I had previously gone to three other eyeglass places the day before, looking for frames and needing new lenses there, but options were limited, their frames weren't quality-made (they seemed like they may break the first day I wear them) and they were all basically like a one-size-fits-all or nothing. The worst above all, the soonest turn around of all the other places is ten days to two weeks. I couldn't wait that long, and needed glasses TODAY. I'm also very indecisive individual, and what would normally take me, quite literally, hours to normally make a decision on...I was able to do it in 15-20 minutes or less! This would have never been achieved if it was not for the excellent customer service I received. Any and all questions I had were promptly and professionally answered, and just a little over an hour after ordering my new prescription, they were ready to pick up!!!
