Our glasses came with a one year warranty that covers any and everything. I did recently have an issue with the place however. I went in to get my frames tightened up and walked out with a damaged lens (I didn't immediately realize it though...). When I called back a short time later they asked that I return so they could check it out. Basically they didn't believe they caused the issue and needed to have their supplier review the damage to help determine cause. Once they realized glasses were less than a year old they immediately ordered new lenses and remedied the issue. There were so many unique and creative pieces of many mediums - paintings, metal sculptures, textiles, jewelry, felted sculptures and so much more. The gallery features works by more than 20 member artists and offers classes in various art forms for all ages. The Arts Association awards three scholarships annually to graduating seniors who plan to pursue arts education. I told her maybe so she interrupted me and said no not maybe it's true so after I told her she was rude and I knew that I said again maybe so but I am telling you specifically when my eyes declined and why it was literally within a recognized time frame caused by two prescriptions that acted negatively against each other. I had to tell this woman twice she was rude but, saying that didn't make a difference, therefore telling her my situation didn't either. I worked for an eye Dr for 4yrs & not 1 time did I ever have a patient step foot to the back without knowing if they had active coverage or not. And being their for 16yrs you should know better! I'm sure if the roles were reversed you wouldn't of paid the $161 my husband had to, and hope to be compensated for only partial of the amount thru insurance. The Dr, when this was brought to her attention, was very dismissive of the whole situation. But I'm sure she would feel differently had this been done to her! She offered no compensation of an sort, and essentially pushed us out the door, to be the optical centers problem, though like we said before "they don't accept his INSURANCE per Susan!" The older woman standing there to put the vanity aside at the front as we were still looking around just stared and handed me a broom and dust pan to clean it up. Then when I was paying for all my stuff asked if I was taking it and I said no. She rudely tells me well you broke it so you have to pay for it. I didn't feel like arguing so I just said ok. Just know coming here the staff is rude, unhelpful, impolite and unfriendly. Place is mostly junk but you can find a few trinkets or decor here and there. One star because WOW when it came to my personal experience.

I needed to go in for an outside drainage solution before the rain hit. I went in by myself and the folks behind the counter collaborated with me to find a price-friendly solution that fit my needs and was simple to install. I never felt intimidated (unfortunately that's still a reality in some places) and would have no problem going back for my next project (and there is ALWAYS a next project...). PS - the person behind the counter (owner?) was explaining to me that they get a really great deal on paint, a white label brand of the expensive stuff at a steady ~20% off.
