She's absolutely amazing & I highly recommend her. I chose to continue to go to VisionFirst because I don't have an major eye issues and just needed an updated RX to order new contact & lenses. I called on a Thursday & was able to get an appointment for an eye exam for the following Tuesday. Parking is super convenient. They now have a mobile check-in kiosk which is nice but takes away from the connection with the ladies behind the desk. I saw Dr. Wilder for the first time & he was great! If you need contacts or frames/lenses, I highly recommend Neal. He is an optician & he is absolutely amazing. His energy is great & he is the best.

I have been seen in the past 2 years for prescription glasses at 2 other practices and I was really dissatisfied because my eyesight was not where I thought it should be. I waited 6 months to see Dr Hall and find out my cataracts had progressed to the point that my vision was being significantly affected and they needed to be removed. Seriously, I was having significant difficulty seeing. Dr Hall is excellent and I trust her completely. She referred me to the eye Surgeon Dr. Pugh and who took his time examining my eyes and explaining everything to me. I had the cataracts removed from both eyes. I'm about 2 weeks past the surgeries and my vision is excellent. Pain control and sedation were excellent. I highly recommend this practice. There have been several complaints about how long the wait is when you are in the office. I really haven't experienced that. The main thing I wanted was my vision to be improved and it is. I highly recommend this practice.

The rep could not cancel the hold that day. They were supposed to call me back when it was cleared up and did not. So without any follow-up, I went ahead and ordered from another site instead with the script, paying full price for the glasses. Imagine my surprise when a week or so back, Visionfirst called to tell me (in March) that my January glasses were ready for pick up? What glasses? I clarified I only had the eye exam and that the sale had fallen through- there were no glasses to pick up. She assured me the VSP benefits would be returned as she would let them know I had not used my eyeglass benefits there. I trusted it would be cleared and above all other things, trust is very important to me. I would have never known if was not cleared up though if not for the eye issue today that necessitated my needing services from an eye doctor. When the doctor finished working with me today and I was looking at new frames, I was astounded to hear that I had NO eyewear benefits. This has caused additional time and work on my part today to get this straightened out.

Completely inaccurate -- I've been out of Kentucky for 2 years, haven't worn contacts since they prescribed them in December 2023, and 1-800 Contacts doesn't even have a prescription on file for me (I checked BOTH accounts). Instead of blaming your system or third-party vendors, you chose to blame the patient. A simple, respectful message would've sufficed.
