I've been coming here on the weekends for a little over 2 months now, and it's been my go to recommendation for my friends and family. I usually get a mix of their jalapeño kolaches with any of their chocolate donut options, and it's savory every single time. So yes, the donuts and kolaches are amazing, however what really brings it all together is their stupendously sweet cashier. Ok, if you're been waiting for a Mister Donut kinds of shop, this is it. The shop is owned buy a Japanese/Korean couple. They're creating donuts not overly sweet, lighter texture, and lighter flavor you would be a custom to when you visit Japan, Korea, or Gardena/Torrence LA. The prices are the same as other donuts shops. The only thing you need to know is they are cloaed on Sunday to attend Sunday services. read more

Decided to stop by this morning as I had seen this place being built out for a few months. It's kind of hidden if you are on Independence approaching Parker. Right next to Country Burger on the side that is hard to see. Great donuts!!! Let's face it we have a lot of donut options but I always like trying the mom and pop's type places. Atmosphere- super clean place and well displayed donuts. Parking - plenty Donuts - delicious, fresh and some very creative ones as well. Good size donuts. Cost - same as any other place. As other reviews mentioned this place has a selection of classic donuts as well as fancy/decorative donuts that kids would love. Yesterday was my third time patronizing this shop, but sadly it made me consider not returning. Maybe they were having a bad morning but it was very chaotic and they forgot to give me the croissant sausage roll I ordered. Luckily I checked the bags before leaving. I went back to tell the young man I didn't get the item and I was quite disappointed that he then wanted to then charge me for it. I mean I get it, but good customer service goes a long way. He did ask if I wanted it heated, but by that time I was just ready to go and heat it up at home. Another issue I had was that I asked about the creme brûlée donut and he really didn't know how to describe the donut. I love creme brûlée so I thought I'd give it a try. Bad choice, I had no idea that the donut would cost $3.50. If it was good I wouldn't have minded, but it literally had no flavor besides slightly burnt dough. Ok, so the last issue I have is I ordered a glazed Bismark donut with raspberry filling. The filling costs extra btw. I get home and cut into it so my son and I can share it, I was preparing for the oooey, gooey mess of red jelly all over the plate only to be surprised that the young man didn't even fill the donut. The sausage croissant rolls are yummy. The classic donuts are good. I agree with other reviews, they are light and airy, not greasy at all and I like that about them. They aren't overly sweet either which makes you feel less guilty for having a donut or two. I was just very disappointed with the service I received the morning of July 3rd. The other downside are the prices, they are definitely a lot more expensive then the other shops around town. But I'd be willing to pay more for fresh, clean tasting donuts if the service was good. I will return to give them another chance to see if this was a fluke. This review was an after thought so I don't have any photos. read more

These donuts are delicious. We have gone to our favorite neighborhood shop for years, and have never found anything comparable. Until now-actually these are better! The donuts are light and fluffy. And not the least bit greasy! The blueberry was my favorite. The shop is modern and trendy, and staff is very nice. They are on the pricier side, as many of them are more "gourmet", rather than standard. There aren't any prices listed either (at least that we could see)... Four and a half for taste. Three for pricing and hours. We spent $18 on 6 donuts and two small kolaches (which were very good as well). Hubby didn't try his favorite (maple long john) as the icing was skimpy.....I mean if you're going to eat a donut, you want it to be decadent! Also.....they are closed on Sundays. Overall, this may be our new favorite donut place! read more

I came by here to get some donuts to give to my preceptors on my last day at the hospital. The lady who helped me was super friendly, the glazed and chocolate glazed donuts were sweet, but not too sweet to where you feel a toothache coming on. The sausage kolaches were lovely! They have some pretty unique donuts and things we've never had. We don't do donuts often so it was already a bit of a treat but with some of their specialty donuts it was even better. We loved the blueberry and cream and the banana Nutella donuts. Good stuff! read more
