I usually see Su for my nails--he's fantastic. He always listens to what I want and makes sure I'm happy with the end result. His attention to detail and professionalism keep me coming back. I did have one less-than-great experience during a pedicure with a different technician, but I believe she was new. Everyone has to start somewhere, and it didn't change my overall opinion of the salon. Ken, the owner, is also wonderful and incredibly talented. I truly believe he would try to make things right if any issues were brought up directly at the salon. Rockstar Nails continues to be my go-to spot, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
