In my heart, love um. But I know what team they play for. Settled instantly in 2022. Was pushed to Fed? Back to Superior? Then a dead zone for years. It's 2026 not closed. Law web sights report the case closed in 2025? One could argue "But The Firm had to wait as well?" Oh? The day after we settled...the firm moved into a beautiful space. Thanks a 1.5 million. Banks like it So the firm has nothing but sweet time...that 1.5 million is guaranteed. Us? No jobs in our industry. If we do get a job...ushered out as soon as A.I. powered reports hit. Job apps seize up. We are "blinded from functions in app. No auto assignment accept capabilities? The $10,000 is not guaranteed. The rest of the class stays working! Does it carry "the scarlet A.I. letter" One big ball of yuck. We get it. I understood it after being rushed to sign the settlement 4 years ago. I know the Company and the Community. What we up against? The Great Central Valley Logistics HUB has brought 100's of billions into once starved Communities. Thank God. However, near industrial slavery came with it. Employee mentally, psychologically and physical beat via abuse of "Manditory Overtime"...take it or your fired." I read the book "The Jungle". Those days have returned. Worse with a secret weapon called A I. is shared between The Gods to effectively punish anyone who says "No.". Worked on egg prices...works on us. This case poured gasoline on my will to report, charge and take action "if"....there is gross abuse in the workplace. Class Action Lawsuit regulations need reform. It is vomitous, that an attorney can settle in 1 hour, receive 1.5 million. The plaintiffs who get black Listed, have full access to job applications restricted or blocked via A.I. (Yup I am on this!) end up with...$10,000? Get admonished for asking for more due to risks. Worse, somehow the State gets insane amounts in PAGA. Don't have grammar, but I carry a mighty big hammer. Excelsior or something like that. read more

Adding a follow up. After chasing them down and asking what happened, 3 weeks later they just silently sent me an email with no explanation. Have to move out and they were the very first I reached out to. Avoid these people. I seriously hope you managed to read this review before wasting your time with them. Massive crooks and I'm positive they sold my email to spammers read more

Very professional and prompt. Not sure if they will be able to help my situation or not but they made an effort reegardless. I would recommend giving them a try to see what your options you may have. read more

I suggest waiting to write a review after a few months. They have gone completely silent and unresponsive with me a few days shy of two months since the last time I reached out to them about my case. Which makes me very uncomfortable after the amount of information I shared. read more

A representative (they had contacted me unsolicited) interviewed me extensively and provided all the requested information. They did not have the courtesy to get back to me to tell me that they were not accepting my case until some eleven months after the initial contact. That is unprofessional. I would not use this firm. read more

SEEK LEGAL GUIDANCE ELSEWHERE!! Listen, I would not recommend wasting your time with this firm. They do not value it. I initially reached out last April seeking representation for issues I had with a previous employer. They gathered my information, had me submit paperwork, and scheduled an appointment where I explained my situation. I was told they would follow up. They did--but not until a year later. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially when time-sensitive legal matters are involved. They could have informed me much sooner instead of allowing an entire year to pass. In their eventual email, they even mentioned the statute of limitations, which is concerning given the time that had already been lost. I strongly recommend seeking representation elsewhere. Communication and timeliness are critical, and unfortunately, this firm did not meet those expectations. Additionally, being referred out after such a delay only added to the frustration but also to say THEY SENT ME. read more

I reached out them. Did the intake and was told to send all documents related to my case. I did so within a matter of days. I was then sent an email saying that they need to review all the documentation and information to decide whether or not they would take my case in mid March 2026. After a couple weeks, I called and was told that it could take 4-6 weeks. It has been double that and still no word. This is extremely unprofessional. Not to mention, that when I would talk to someone they were always rude, sharp, and were mad that I was requesting help: even though that is what they are supposed to be doing. They are a law firm that is supposed to help those with employment issues. DO NOT USE! STAY AWAY!!! read more

Look elsewhere they will drag their feet and send you and email communication stating why they can't take your case. Took them over 8 months and I had to call them every step of the way. All they do is pay for advertisements and spread lies . They are not here to protect you. They are here for money like everyone else. read more

D Law - After 8 months of no communication. I had to call them every step of the way. - Employment Law Near Me - Glendale, California

A complete dissatisfaction with my experience at D Law. I found the process to be exceptionally prolonged, taking an entire month to determine whether your services were applicable to my needs. Additionally, during our initial conversation, I was surprised to be asked for a positive review before any services had been rendered. This approach raises concerns about the firm's practices and priorities. They did not even take the time to phone but rather just send an email. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience. I wish I had taken the time to review the numerous negative reviews before engaging further, as it would have saved me valuable time. read more

Literally couldn't even get to the intro call phase. Blocked off a two-hour window to receive an intake call and they literally never called. Moving on... read more

Absolute joke. Did a consultation with them. They collected my case info, said they would let me know if they will be taking on my case in less than 6 weeks. I contact them at the end of 6 weeks, they said another 4 weeks... contacted again, another 4 weeks... 6 months later, they say they have no record of my case. read more

Documents have been sent to them since November. Until now, they haven't yet finished reviewing my file. This is causing a delay in my case and even might disqualify me for having a case. This is terrible, they should know employment cases are time-sensitive. I hope they will deal with the situation responsibly. If not, this review stays. read more

I contacted this law firm for employment case, and I provided my information and documents in May 2024. After many months of waiting and follow-ups, I finally received an email stating that the firm would not be moving forward with my case. No clear updates were provided during the review period, and the decision came very late, despite the fact that employment cases are governed by strict statutes of limitation. While I understand that firms can choose which cases to accept, the lack of timely communication and extended delay made this experience very frustrating and stressful. I would have appreciated a prompt decision so I could seek other legal representation sooner. I'm very disappointed! I hope this firm improves its communication and case review timelines for future clients. read more

Cathe is FANTASTIC. Took the time out to explain everything thoroughly. She was knowledgeable about the details emailed prior to our conversation. I am thankful I have her as my attorney. read more

I would not recommend this law office. There was another review that's stated the same thing but they really waste weeks receiving information and then ghost you. This was really a waste of time and a real lack of professionalism from a law office. They will not return your call and or text messages read more

This law firm completely wasted my time. They asked me to send the following documents to determine whether they could assist me: * Pay stubs (3-6 months) * Employee handbook * New hire packet * Time clock records/timesheets * Work schedules * Lunch & rest policies * Emails * Text messages * Doctor's notes Gathering all of this wasn't easy -- it took me over two hours to track everything down and send it over. After all that, they came back just to tell me they couldn't assist me. What made it worse is they didn't even have the decency to have an attorney call me back to explain why they weren't taking my case. Just a generic, dismissive response. I truly believe I have a strong case, but like many firms, if they don't see a big payday, they don't want to get involved. It's really disappointing how so many law firms claim to fight for justice but only show up when it benefits their bottom line. Very frustrating experience. read more

These guys won't even let you pay for a consultation to help you understand your situation unless they decide there's a fee winning case in it for them. So if you're not sure about something, but think you're being discriminated against, retaliated against, being set up for constructive discharge or about to be wrongfully terminated, they'll leave you completely in the dark until after you end up losing or quitting your job. They'll still have the nerve to insist you be the one to keep them updated after they repeatedly refuse to let you pay them for their time though, as if it's not better spent on looking for a more helpful firm that allows consultations. read more

They you did a very thorough intake meeting, and I felt hopeful because they were actually taking the time to hear me out. However that was six months ago and I have heard nothing back from them at all. I reached out several times only to receive vague responses with no timeline. read more

I would like you to pay attention to all these negative reviews, I don't know how these people even have cases. After picking up the phone in 20 minutes they couldn't even schedule an appointment for in person communication, because they take only phone consultations and evaluations. Such a big firm and no one is available to evaluate the case in person only by phone. Good Luck, you think that you are only Employment firm? read more

I will always recommend D Law to everyone for the rest of my life. They knew how to handle the situation like a pro. The outcome was positive and I couldn't be happier. Trust them, use them, call them and let them protect you and make things right. They are an effective team. read more

Updating my review to let you all know that it took them a full year to tell me they couldn't take on my case. A YEAR. Unacceptable. I could have made substantial progress with another firm by this point. read more

One of the worst experiences ever. At first, they are responsive and communicate fairly well with you in terms of intake. On the other hand, once the intake finishes, there is little to no communication from them. I sent all my documentation the same day that they requested it, but it took them 4 months just to review it and deny my case. I have a really strong case and it's very upsetting that they wasted my time. I would not work with them at all! read more

This place is a joke. At first they seem willing to help and then slowly start to not contact you back. After months I've sent many messages asking for an update and all they say is "we're still reviewing". It's been almost a year and they finally decided to not take my case. D law more like DELAY law because nothing gets done around here! read more

They are terrible lazy, all they do is collect your personal information. Hold it for several months without doing any work towards it, they're looking for easy money targets. They don't really care about helping clients. Don't waste your time with D Law read more

So very disappointed with this law firm. I contacted them 8 months ago and they collected all the information they needed. Yet, I've been ghosted ever since. They never even bothered to let me know if they wanted to represent me still. For a law firm that does not even bother to follow up, I doubt they'd be any good representation for anyone. You guys work in a sensitive business that has people's future on the line...so the least expected from you would be to take your potential clients seriously. read more

This is thee worst law group ever!! Stay away from this firm!!! It took them also a year just to let me know that they can't help me on my case!!! There's a reason why thos firm has awful reviews on here and on Google. I did an intake, and the girl that I spoke with had asked me if I can do a Google review on her, and I told her that I would wait and see how the firm conducts itself.... Glad I waited!! Not even 24 hours and they closed the case, after they had emailed me asked me for evidence. The intake girl was so distracted with whatever she was doing, and she told me to refer the firm to others. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I don't refer law firms that show no respect to people's cases and their needs. Customer service was horrible, and they have no value for people's situations, you will only be looked at as a dollar sign. Pick a private law firm that has your best interest at heart and that will really fight for you, those are the types of attorneys you want, attorneys who will fight, not attorneys that want easy money. Bypass this law firm! read more

3 months of "Document review" weekly requests for additional documentation xespite having all documentation, and constant confusion by the team of para legals they employ mixing cases up not responding or dismissing other cases.. out of 4 pretty solid cases, 1 of which is a slam dunk.. they sent me the generic "not a good business decision" email.. which says to me they are just as shallow as the employers that fired me for "background related issues". They don't do followup's I thought they were going to help me. They had my case since November 2924 it's now May 2025, what a waste of time. I did a lot of hard work, sending documents, and emailing them, I did all the calling back, and every time I called no one gave me up dates. It shouldn't have taken this long to get an up date. It's always we will have an attorney b who's working on your case to give you a call soon,?? I asked did they ever called my ex employer the reply was no. What have y'all been doing all this time? STAY AWAY!! Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any company, let alone a law firm. From the very beginning, nothing about D Law has been professional. They had me sit through an intake call that dragged on for hours, only to completely disappear afterward. I've waited an entire year with no updates, no communication, no progress absolutely nothing. Every time I reached out, I would only get vague, copy and paste responses that never addressed my case. I submitted everything they asked for, including pictures and documents, and still received zero follow-through. It honestly feels like a scam. The way this law firm operates is shocking everything is done through text, no real accountability, and no genuine effort to help. D Law is without question the worst firm I've ever dealt with. I can't believe they are still in business treating clients this way. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this firm. STAY AWAY. read more

I spoke with Cathy earlier this week about my case I couldn't be happy with how it went , she was extremely professional and concise 10/10

So far, so good. I received several email and texts regarding a phone screen and a case manager consultation. Both happened at the appointed time. Case manager seemed like he had but only an hour to talk about my case and I was not able to get him the entire story of everything that happened in the time frame provided, but they are working for free for now, so, we'll see how it goes. No complaints thus far. read more

I decided to give this firm a chance. With all the negative reviews it was hard to make that decision but there are alot of crazies on Yelp so I thought I would try. They were responsive in the beginning but I told them I would move on to another law firm if they did not keep their word. They indeed did not keep their word or communicate about it when the time came and went that they assured me I would hear about my case. Keep looking for another firm even if you submit to these folks. Then you are not as vulnerable when it doesn't work out. read more
