With 8 months of evidence, that I collected against my company for many violations of: unethical practices, favortism for majority of the ethnicity there, sexual harassment, bullying tactics, allowing your coworkers to threaten your life, wrongful termination, protecting employees from harassing and extremely aggressive managers, addressing the unethical practices of racial discrimination and allowing company managers and employees to inflict psychological trauma upon you and forcing you to work in a hostile work environment. JLG annihilated my case & allowed my company's attorneys to castrate the Jr. Associate inexperienced 1st year lawyer who they assignedless than 48-hours to my mediation. All because they gave me a Jr. Associate who lacked the professional aggressiveness needed, to bag my case or go up against these corporate shark attorneys, who represented my ex- company! If you want no communication during your case, no Zoom face to face introduction of who is representing you, no consistency, no follow-up or updates, no representation, people who pretend to be aggressive sharks but send their goldfish Jr. Associate 1st year inexperienced lawyers to repesent you when going up against your world wide million corrupt unethical company, during your mediation, picked this law firm! They didn't even tell me that the Sr. attorney Ozzie & legal Rep. Kristina would not be present for my case on mediation day. I didn't even know the Jr. associate young kid! A few days after mediation I received an email saying that Kristina was no longer working with the company! Wow, the nerves if these people! No wonder she was not present at my mediation! I was misled and misrepresented! Needless to say I was so stressed out worried about this young kid representing me I could not sleep and only had 3.5 hours before an almost 9-hour mediation took place. I tried to explain to Ozzie that I was medically induced an incoherent during mediation & afterwards, due to a recent accident, I was on pain medication, anxiety medication & a muscle relaxant during the entire mediation. Let's just say, I could have represented myself & walked away with a better deal than what they got me. They screwed me over! I walked away with what I make at my company in three to four months with my commission. I even negotiated for myself during mediation, for my company to pay my mediation fees. Since JLG had already paid her up front, that money would go directly to JLG, instead of them snatching it out of my tiny little settlement. So, what was I paying JLG for? Their name on the top of a letterhead! They failed at representing & I was lucky to walk away with something! It almost felt like they were sabotaging me!
