It left me genuinely confused about the role of an employment law firm in California if this is the default stance. I was hoping for at least some guidance or insight, not a one-line shutdown.

During the time I was employed, I was always told by family, some friends, including coworkers that I should file a lawsuit against them, but I never had to courage to do just that. I kept contemplating it over and over, "should i? or should I not?". I knew I was treated unfairly as an employee and as a person. The thought of just going against them just irked me to my core. I knew trying to find an attorney was going to take some research, especially trying to find a good and fair one, to say the least. It was until I came home one day and saw a letter from Jual regarding the same employer and a lawsuit already in play. I thought to myself -" is this a sign? a joke? or is this just mere coincidence" To me, I took it as a sign. A sign that a great attorney was faced before me, willing to help me win a case. And that's exactly what he did. He kept it 100% real with me. Told me the possible chances of winning along with the possibility of walking away with nothing. He explained that the process was going to be extensive, and not keep my hopes that high but that he was willing to fight. Did we win? Heck yes, we did! The first day I walked into his office he was friendly and professional. He heard my story and quickly knew what needed to get done. I thank him for allowing me to feel that justice was served!
